Unfortunately, my experience at this place was far from satisfying. The service was extremely slow, & we had to wait a long time before anyone took our order. The food arrived very late & without any flavor, & it certainly did not match the high prices. The cleanliness of the place was also below expectations, & the tables were not properly arranged. In addition, the outdoor stairs were not cleared of snow, which caused my friend to slip & fall. Overall, I do not recommend visiting this place, & the experience was quite disappointing

As a long time customer I recommend Arabica as one of the best spots to wine an dine. A appreciation to the restaurant staffs especially Diana who takes much time to make sure you feel welcome. The place deserves some love 5 star ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Arabica lounge
I had an amazing time at this shisha lounge, & a big part of that was thanks to Britany. She was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in, made sure I had everything I needed, & recommended a few flavors that turned out to be perfect.
Her service was attentive without being overbearing - she checked in just enough to make sure my friends & I were comfortable & enjoying ourselves. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers' experience.
If you're planning to visit, I highly recommend asking for Britany. She really goes above & beyond to make the night special.
before going i read the reviews & saw many bad ones, honestly i still went i I LOVED MY EXPERIANCE THERE, food is like back home in lebanon, vybe, music was amazing & i was suprised how the service was good even in their rush !

I recently had the pleasure of visiting an excellent shisha place for lunch & was thoroughly impressed. The establishment was immaculate & well-maintained, & my experience was delightful, exceeding my expectations. Despite some unfavorable ratings on Google, I highly recommend giving this place a try. For those who need to work remotely, the shisha place is well-equipped with electricity outlets at each table & the table surface is suitable for using a mouse. The music is at a comfortable volume & it's an ambiance / atmosphere mix themed, making it less obvious that you are at a shisha place if you need to take work calls. The food is delicious & the menu is paperless, accessible via a QR code. The shisha is of high quality & the staff is kind & generous with the coals, unlike some other places that charge extra for a single piece of coal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience & would highly recommend this shisha place. Parking situation is like any other places downtown & shall not be included in my review lol

A very excellent restaurant & shisha in the center of Montreal. The crew is very nice. Arabic food is very delicious. I highly recommend. Shisha is a bit pricey but excellent.
