Mon expérience que moi & mes amies avons reçu lorsque nous somme venu passer une soirée là-bas fut ordinaire vraiment. Rien de spécial. Oui le lieu avait l'air bien entretenue mais rien de plus. Le staff était un peu lent malheureusement & notre nourriture a pris un total de 50minute pour être servie, on a pratiquement eux le temps de finir notre chicha avant de recevoir nos plats. Sinon autre que ça l'ambiance n'était rien qui sort de l'ordinaire. Cependant leur plat était réellement vraiment bien très fortement notre coup de coeur de la soirée.

This is one of the more upscale hookah lounges we've been to .. tables with the holes to hold the hookah are lovely! Good atmosphere, decent hookah, good drinks, good service, little pricey but no big complaints here

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. Upon arriving in sandals, the security staff refused me entry, & I was forced to buy sneakers to get in. However, I noticed that many people inside were wearing sandals. Once inside, we ordered normally. However, around 11 PM, the same security guard came to force us to buy bottles of alcohol, threatening to kick us out, even though we had just ordered sangria. I wonder now if sangria is no longer considered an alcoholic drink here. The lack of respect & poor communication from the staff really ruined our evening.They do not respect their customers; I am referring to both the security staff & the management. If you have the patience to tolerate all of this & more, this is the place to go.

Les bouncer ont vraiment zéro savoir vivre , un minimum de respect serais apprécié de leur part .
Très déçu je viens a arabesque depuis des années & vraiment les bounce (arabes) gâchent toutes l'expérience.

The place was very nice, the atmosphere was really nice. HERE COMES THE BAD PART: Shisha flavours & the prices don't exist on the menu at all. They don't have a lot a verities of flavours. Shisha price was 40$ which is higher by 15$ than any normal place. The tables were too close to each other getting up & sitting down is kinda hard when the place is crowded. Our waitress was really nice though & very polite. Honestly they need to start lowering their prices.

Service plus que pourris , en fait juste impossible de se faire servire . Même en commandant ma commande n'est jamais arriver . Les serveuses on une attitude très déplaisante & sont très mal élever elle sont là pour faire la fête boire & fumer la shisha . Aucun sourire juste une tonne d'attitude .
