Pour commencer, nous avions une réservation. Comme tout le monde n'est pas arrivé en même temps, je peux comprendre qu'on ne nous ait pas donné de table immédiatement. Par contre, une fois notre groupe complet, nous n'avions toujours pas de place. D'ailleurs, nous n'avons jamais été assis tous ensemble au même endroit.
Lorsque je posais des questions au gérant, il me répondait mal & d'un ton condescendant. Je n'ai pas compris le montant de la facture; nous avons été surchargés. Pourtant, il m'a fait sentir que je n'avais pas le droit de poser des questions. Mes invités & moi avons consommé au bar pendant l'attente, commandé des shishas, de la nourriture & des bouteilles. Que fallait-il faire pour avoir droit au respect & à un bon service, monsieur le gérant?
Vers minuit, le gérant s'est placé à la porte & a refusé qu'une de nos amies entre, en disant que c'était plein & que personne ne pouvait rentrer. Pourtant, il a laissé entrer deux autres personnes devant nous. & ce, même si je tentais de lui expliquer que cinq personnes de notre groupe quittaient. Il a refusé catégoriquement. C'était humiliant & dégradant.
Par contre, je tiens à souligner que j'ai reçu un bon service de la part des autres membres du personnel. Du bouncer aux serveurs, plusieurs se sont même excusés pour l'attitude du gérant.
Je ne recommande à personne d'y aller, sauf si vous arrivez après minuit avec une réservation & l'intention de dépenser au moins 100 à 200 $ par personne.
Horrible waitress, with horrible attitude, they act like they choose the customer to serve. Horrible & horrible. My friends & I will never come back there.
Amazing experience as my first time in a while in a hookah bar! My friend & I got the'love' flavour & it lasted for hours! Staff were amazingly sweet (shoutout to the pretty waitress Gladis) & I cannot wait to come back in the summer!

We had such a great time at Arabesque & Sabrina who was serving our drinks was so great. She made the experience even more spectacular. We had an amazing time.
Nice place with a really good atmosphere. The vibe, music, & overall setting make it a great spot to relax & spend time. Service is friendly & the staff is attentive.
The hookah itself was decent - I'd rate it around 3.5/5. It was enjoyable, but could definitely be improved. If the coals were changed more frequently, it would make a big difference & bring the experience to the next level.
Overall, a solid place, & with a bit more attention to the hookah quality, it could easily become a top spot.
Not my first time here, I always have a good time. Come with a good vibe, enjoy the night, & if you don't wanna get moved from your table after midnight just make a reservation 😍
