Amazing staff, me & my buddy come in all the time & they take great care of us. They know our orders & names by heart, delicious sandwiches, borderline addictive. The chicken sandwich is by far the best, but all of the options on the menu are always a delight & relatively affordable given today's economy.
I've been coming here for a while & genuinely love what this place has to offer. The food has always been the reason I keep coming back - solid ingredients, generous portions, & a menu worth being proud of. That's exactly why it's frustrating to watch things start to slide.
On my most recent visit, my order was taken incorrectly. Not a big deal on its own - mistakes happen. But when I politely pointed it out, I was met with visible irritation from the staff member at the counter. Eye rolls & attitude are not something any paying customer should have to deal with, especially when *they* made the error.
There's something disheartening about watching a good business lose its edge. You've built something worth coming back to - don't let it unravel because of poor customer service. One unprofessional interaction can undo years of goodwill, & it would be a shame to see that happen here.
My hope is that management takes note & addresses this before it becomes the norm. The food still deserves better than the experience surrounding it. I'll give it another shot, but the bar needs to be higher.
This place was my favorite until yesterday! I haven't been there for a few months & yesterday was a shock. The fillet mignon was a scam, it was not as it used to be : very dry, different texture & tasteless. Moreover, the pieces of meat were very tiny & the quantity was a lot less than before...too much bread & very few tiny pieces of meat...Total scam...am definitely not going back anymore.
I've been a regular customer, but this was my final visit. I ordered a platter & waited over an hour while people who came in after me got their food first. There seems to be no organization at all orders are handled randomly & nobody keeps track of who's been waiting. I also saw food sitting on the counter while staff stood around talking over it, which wasn't exactly reassuring. Being busy is one thing, but this place is consistently disorganized. After giving it chance after chance, I won't be coming back.

If you have an hour to waste, definitely go to this place. No doubt the food is good, but they have no system & very poor management. You order one sandwich & they make you wait an hour while serving people who came after you just because they know them. Poor, poor management.
I ordered a platter, & mind you, there were 7 people working there at that moment, all making chicken doner. No one even touched the platter since it required more work. Anyways, they left my platter sitting uncovered on the shelf for an hour while everyone kept talking around it. Very poor hygiene. I will not be going to this place again.
J'ai pris le sandwich filet mignon & c'était bien. La viande était bonne, le pain chaud fait maison est toujours efficace & on en a pour notre argent. Parlant d'argent, c'est dommage qu'ils prennent uniquement l'argent comptant & qu'il faut passer par un guichet avec frais. Tout de même, le l'expérience était correcte, le staff est gentil & la bouffe était bonne.

Tous les sandwiches sont délicieux & pleins de saveurs, mais mon préféré reste le sandwich au poulet. Vraiment excellent & bien préparé ! Je recommande fortement 😊

This has to be one of the best kebab spots in the area, the fresh baked bread coupled with the delicious kebab & condiments made for a perfect dinner sandwich. Will definitely be visiting again!
