Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai appelé à l'avance pour passer une commande & la personne au téléphone m'a confirmé qu'elle serait préparée. J'ai donc fait le trajet de Laval jusqu'à Montréal. En arrivant au restaurant, on m'a dit qu'ils n'avaient jamais reçu mon appel & qu'il ne restait plus de sandwichs.
Après avoir vérifié leur téléphone, ils ont finalement retrouvé mon appel, mais il était déjà trop tard. On m'a simplement présenté des excuses.
J'ai perdu mon temps & fait un long déplacement pour rien. C'est un manque de professionnalisme & une très mauvaise gestion des commandes. J'espère qu'ils amélioreront leur organisation afin que d'autres clients ne vivent pas la même expérience.

This is the best & most consistent sandwich place downtown. The bread is made in house & meat always tender & juicy. It has never gone wrong for me.

The food is meh, 27$ for lamb & some bulgur wheat is expensive & unjustified the quantity is barely fine . I am someone who can not finish a poulet rouge bowl , so if i felt hungry after finishing my plate here , the food was not enough… also quite chaotic for the price

Service gets an average grade & that's not a negative. You go in, order, pay, & eat. & ordering is easy because the choice is obvious. I know, I should get something other than the chicken sandwich. It's just so hard to not get the chicken sandwich when it is this good. Would you go to Schwartz & not get a smoked meat sandwich?
