Nous avons passé une excellente soirée chez **Annette Bar à vin**. La cuisine est à la fois savoureuse & créative, avec des plats bien pensés & pleins de personnalité.

La carte des vins mérite également une mention particulière : elle est très bien construite & offre de belles découvertes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que, pour les bouteilles un peu plus spéciales, le service propose des verres de meilleure qualité - une attention rare qui met réellement le vin en valeur.

Un endroit chaleureux & soigné, où l'on sent une vraie passion pour la gastronomie & le vin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

I highly suggest the discovery menu, & asking for a'carte blanche' for accompanying drinks. Was an impressive food & wine experience, where this establishment's talent was well demonstrated.

Beautiful arrangement of flavors, textures & variety at each service. Highly recommend.

On top of it all, the staff was delightful, always available when needed, without feeling intrusive. First class all evening.

J'y suis allé plusieurs fois, le service & la nourriture sont toujours excellents habituellement ! De plus, magnifique carte des vins ! Toutefois j'ai trouvé que la serveuse qui me servait la dernière fois que j'y suis allée était peu professionnelle & avait l'air bête, ce qui a un peu nuit à mon expérience générale, d'où l'étoile de moins :)

Superbe expérience de la part de Annie-Claude & Charles-Étienne! Nous étions un groupe de 8 à prendre le menu dégustation. Le restaurant s'est montré très accommodant pour les restrictions & allergies pour le menu dégustation. Les choix de vins étaient « on point » & très appréciés de tout le monde à table.
Un vrai succès!!! Je recommande fortement

The open-kitchen counter seating is an incredible experience-watching the chefs work their magic up close felt like being on the set of Grand Maison Tokyo.

Highlights from our meal:
🐟Tuna, Snow Pea, Buckwheat & Blueberry: Mind-blowing flavor combination! Even if you're not typically a raw fish person, you will love this.
🍄Fried Mushroom: Super crispy & perfectly seasoned.
🐟Arctic Char: Flawlessly seared with a delicious green pea/broccolini sauce.
🍰Berries Upside-down Cake: Do not skip dessert! The pastry chef is immensely talented-watching her pipe cream effortlessly was pure art.

Great vibes for date night or celebrations, plus beautiful daytime lighting with greenery & a stunning bar wall if you want to take photos. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
