We loved our food,
The wine list is decent.
The host was super nice, & we loved her.
Great choice of pasta types with a great set of sauces to pair with & extras.
So basically, you make your own dish.
We loved the concept & quality.
Definitely recommend it.

Pasta was INCREDIBLE. Seriously incredible. I'll be dreaming about the Quattro Fromaggio until I die, or come back to Montreal (whichever comes first). I can't BELIEVE I didn't take a photo.
Server was fab, heard him switching between languages flawlessly. He struck a vibe between casual & fine dining somehow???
You should go have literally any combination of pastas, sauces, & toppings & it'll be the best pasta dish you've ever had.
