An Choi Plaza is a tribute to Vietnamese culture, tradition and identity. The restaurant is scheduled to open in the heart of St-Hubert Plaza for Spring 2022. Michelle Vo, also known as Pasthyme, and Vien Man Cao Tran, previously manager at Otto Bar, have teamed up to create a destination for those who are seeking authentic flavours.

Superbe petit bistro vietnamien dont la spécificité est d'offrir des plats originaux à partager. Le crabe à carapace molle frit est sans aucun doute l'élément phare du menu. Le service est très courtois, mais l'agencement spatial tout en longueur du lieu engendre une ambiance sonore particulièrement animée. via LibroEverything was amazing! The Cocorita cocktail (incredible), king oyster mushrooms, fried rice & soft shell crab, bao buns, beef carpaccio, & battered banana were all absolutely delicious & fragrant. Service was friendly & just the right timing.

the flavors are always exceptional, the service is great BUT there is a lack of attention to detail &/or struggles with timing coming from the kitchen which has happened both times i was there (soup almost cold instead of hot, warm oysters instead of cold, burnt bread, pana cotta taste was INCREDIBLE but mine wasn't set properly & my friend's was gritty). i love the place & wanna come back but in order to get 5⭐ they'd have to be more careful with that sort of thing.View more

via LibroFood a bit bland, portion small, needs to be more vibrant, more soul, more love, more generous. Give some shrimp crackers when you sit down. This is not 2015, we are in an economic downturn, people want value for money.

Carte de vins plus abordables à développer. Service un peu rapide pour ramasser les assiettes mais trop lent pour remettre l'addition ! Musique d'ambiance un peu intense.
