An Choi Plaza is a tribute to Vietnamese culture, tradition and identity. The restaurant is scheduled to open in the heart of St-Hubert Plaza for Spring 2022. Michelle Vo, also known as Pasthyme, and Vien Man Cao Tran, previously manager at Otto Bar, have teamed up to create a destination for those who are seeking authentic flavours.

Run don't walk here. It is a better food experience than anything I've had recently, & I'm comparing to all the fancy & trendy restaurants on the plaza & beyond. The burger things, the mango salad. The carpaccio, wow! So so good. & the fried banana is like nothing you've tried before. Loved it!View more

Friendly staff, very efficient. All the dishes were delicious, especially the aubergine, mushroom, chicken wing, & Bao bun dishes. Chinese broccoli, mango salad, & beef carpaccio were good too. A little too many cover songs for my taste but it was fun guessing what the original was at least. Cute decor.View more

Bang for your back place. The meat was cooked to perfection. Th mango salade was well balance with vinegar & spices. The alcohol was standard price. The service was amazing. I feel this place is a hidden gem.View more

Kitchen Service was quite slow. Waitresses were very nice.
Mango salad has too little squid. Bun Rieu good flavour but tofu was very dry. Hard to eat even it has been soaked in broth. Scallop carpaccio, small scallops & small portion does not justify the price. Os a moelle, very disappointing. Bourgot was not chewable.
Soft shell crab fried rice was excellent.
