An Choi Plaza is a tribute to Vietnamese culture, tradition and identity. The restaurant is scheduled to open in the heart of St-Hubert Plaza for Spring 2022. Michelle Vo, also known as Pasthyme, and Vien Man Cao Tran, previously manager at Otto Bar, have teamed up to create a destination for those who are seeking authentic flavours.

FIVE STARS! I don't post many reviews, but wow was this a spectacular evening. The service was quick & very friendly. We felt right at home quite quickly, so great was our time I forgot to take photos! Excellent Riesling by the glass. We should've ordered a bottle (we ordered 2 glasses each)! First off, we had the beef carpaccio, super fresh, very tasty, with a nice crunch. I'm super glad the chef didn't hold back on the bird's eye's chilies. Next, we had the chicken wings. Wow. Perfectly crisp from being deep fried, & coated in this delicious sauce, tangy, sweet, with a little heat. We seriously considered ordering another one, but we had the Bavette next. A nice spin on a regular Chimichurri with just the right amount of acidity to bring it together, with a lovely crunch from the watercress. Top that off with a nice fried banana & ice cream. The owner is lovely & so is the chef! Much praise from a discerning eater! Can't stop raving about this place!!!View more

The food & atmosphere were great! The staff was friendly. We got the chef's tasting menu which was well worth it. My only small complaint was that the wait between courses was too long. It took 3.5 hours to get all the courses.View more

Beautiful & cozy vietnamese buvette on the plaza. They always have a great selection of wine, which I love. It can get a little hot inside sometimes, but that's just one more reason to have one of their good cocktails. I absolutely fell in love with their king oyster mushroom appetizer which is fully vegetarian. DELICIOUS. They have a cute little menu that can cater to everyone!View more

Friendly staff, very efficient. All the dishes were delicious, especially the aubergine, mushroom, chicken wing, & Bao bun dishes. Chinese broccoli, mango salad, & beef carpaccio were good too. A little too many cover songs for my taste but it was fun guessing what the original was at least. Cute decor.View more

A wonderful place to eat Vietnamese dishes & to drink! 🍽️You won't find your typical banh mi or pho noodles but rather Bao buns & soft shell crab fried rice. They love experiencing with new items so you always find different dishes on the menu. Very cute place, amazing food, staff & ambiance. We were a group of 30 & had a fixed menu. In total we had about 7 dishes that we shared. We had a few places to sit, but mostly ate standing up which was perfect as it gave a nice 5a7 vibe & allowed everyone to catch up. We had the whole back of the restaurant to our selves. Cocktails & wine were so good, & the food was amazinggg ! Very friendly staff, I would 100% recommend & will definitely go back.View more

Let's just say that as a group of guys who love Japanese cuisine, we were eager to expand our culinary horizons & try out some Vietnamese fare. Let's just say we were blown away by the food & exceptional service 🤯. I'm gonna a be honest, I can't properly pronounce the names of all the dishes we shared but they each held their own unique & savory flavours (my personal favorite bring the rice/crab). Furthermore, the establishment is utterly aesthetic & designed in a very beautiful manner & I fell in love with the overall decor.
