An Choi Plaza is a tribute to Vietnamese culture, tradition and identity. The restaurant is scheduled to open in the heart of St-Hubert Plaza for Spring 2022. Michelle Vo, also known as Pasthyme, and Vien Man Cao Tran, previously manager at Otto Bar, have teamed up to create a destination for those who are seeking authentic flavours.

Amazing birthday experience here! The food was great & i couldn't stop putting their house chilli oil on everything. Perfect balance of actual spice without loosing the flavor of the dish. We got almost everything on the menu. I forget the names of most of the dishes however some of my recommendations were the beef carpaccio, chicken wings & my favourite the hanger steak with chimmichuri. All the servers were extremely nice & generous. Overall would recommend to anyoneView more

What an absolutely delightful dining experience! The restaurant offers not only delicious food but also warm & friendly service. We sampled nearly every dish on the menu, & everything was exceptional-flavorful, delicate, & perfectly executed. Our standout favorites included the scallop ceviche with coconut milk, which was rich & tangy, the tender eggplant, the oyster mushrooms paired with creamy tofu mousse, the perfectly sweet & crispy chicken wings, the fragrant fried rice, & the flavorful broccoli. The wine list is impressive, with our server recommending a reasonably priced bottle that complemented the meal beautifully. Highly recommended!View more

The food was outstanding-on the pricier side, but worth it. Each dish was unique & elevated, with complex flavours, special mention to the ceviche. Even the fried rice felt fancy. Service was phenomenal; our waiter's recommendations were spot-on. The atmosphere is modern, clean, & pretty. To whoever was on AUX last night overall, a great experience!View more

Run don't walk here. It is a better food experience than anything I've had recently, & I'm comparing to all the fancy & trendy restaurants on the plaza & beyond. The burger things, the mango salad. The carpaccio, wow! So so good. & the fried banana is like nothing you've tried before. Loved it!View more

The quality of the food is consistently exceptional, with ingredients that are remarkably fresh & dishes prepared to perfection. The service is outstanding; the staff is highly knowledgeable about wine pairings, exceptionally friendly, & attentively responsive to every need.

An Choi Plaza is a delightful original tasting experience of dishes not commonly found in other Viet restaurants, even in the "non-pho" ones & it is refreshing to enjoy new ways to consume such culture made by people that care to push the envelope. The quality of the plates draw hints of Viet fusion similar to how Pichai twists Thai plates into new ideas (or Satay Bros for southeast/Chinese stuff). You may recognize key ingredients that follow Viet culture but presented to you in innovatively new ways that delight & surprise. As such, it would have been helpful to have some kind of artist statement/intention described with more pride behind some of the food we enjoy. Despite that, service was attentive, quick & helpful to keep us ready to consume the next creation. Aside from that, the alcohol card is quite refined, you'll find something to elevate your taste buds in pairing with the food. The vibe of the spot is great as well. Good music, pretty lighting with genderless bathrooms & shared handwashing area. I'd recommend the spot for people who would enjoy a fresh tasting take on Viet cuisine. Don't expect to come out stuffed but satisfied of the taste journey.View more
