Je suis une habituée du café depuis l'ouverture & je viens 2/3 fois par semaine. & son attitude ne donne plus envie de venir.
Tried Améa for brunch The interior is really cool We tried many items & everything was delicious. Very fresh & tasty. Im so in love with their croissants dipped in chocolate. Very Friendly staff ! A bit expensive but worth it! Follow @ayahayek_ for more on instagram
Beau spot! & les produits! Wow pour les yeux & wow pour les papilles. Beaucoup de choix.
I recently visited this cafe & found it to be quite charming. The ambiance is cute, & the service is notably friendly. While the coffee was decent, it didn't particularly stand out. However, the desserts were truly impressive & worth trying. One unexpected highlight was the decor in the washroom, which was surprisingly impressive & added to the overall experience. Overall, a pleasant visit with some delightful aspects. I would recommend trying their desserts & appreciating the charming decor throughout the cafe.
We have been trying -& failing- to come to this place since it opened two years ago. But every time we tried, it would be closed. Today we lucked out & there was no lineup. This is a beautiful dining experience if you are looking for a "high end" cafeteria style food. They have pizzas, some hot sandwiches, salads & a few hot meals but by the time we arrived, which was a little after noon & on their last open day before they closed for the holidays, there were a few unavailable items on their menu. So we settled for their chicken sandwich, a cortado coffee & a pistachio croissant filled with rhubarb filling. Absolutely delicious & top notch ingredients in every bite. So well worth the wait. The ambiance is airy & cozy at the same time. Loved it & would come again.
Note: It's very hard to rate this place because I have only been once. I plan to go again & might change my food review. The ambience is really good. There's some nice seating places, ample options & chance to reserve ahead. The food - not so good. Got a shakshuka & it costed $22. It was not flavorful at all. Just tangy & basically not tasty. The portion size was good & the presentation was good as well. One thing I wanna call out - the tips! Montreal servers - please if you expect tips please provide service. If I am dining out on a Sunday morning, it wouldn't hurt you to smile at me. I mean come on. A 10% tip gets me a frown & a 15% tip gets me no service. Why?
Located in the Alcan heritage building on Sherbrooke. Very big nice open space with lots of seating. This resto-cafe have expanded selection of pastries, sandwiches, pizza, breakfast & lunch. Ordered: ▪︎Smores ▪︎Croissant Supreme It's very goes well with coffee or dessert wine!
Jolie espace, mais déçue de la qualité des plats. Aussi, très peu d'options sans gluten.
