Normally I keep rude & hurtful comments to myself but in this case I will not let someone else have to deal with this service, waste there time & money here or there appetite. We came in at 12 & got our food at 1 & just to top it off the orders were all wrong & cheap portions. It took them so long I was convinced the chicken was trying to lay the eggs so we could eat. Everything about this place was disgraceful. As someone who doesn't waste time because of there demanding studying i wasted my time here . I would never come back even if it meant I wouldn't eat. I would rather starve then eat anything here.i would put negative Infiniti as a star but sadly i cant. To add this plate didn't feel me to the point where I had to go eat at McDonald & to be honest Best dinning experience of my life & that's says a lot for fast food because the staff is less trained compared to the people that serve at restaurants that must be well trained.

Terrible experience from start to finish. We waited about 45 minutes for our food & when it finally came, almost half of the orders were wrong or missing. Two out of seven orders were not even punched into the system. The first server blamed the kitchen, then another came & gave us a different story.

By that point I had completely lost my appetite. The food that did arrive was badly made. My French toast was not prepared properly & even had onions in it, which is completely unacceptable for a breakfast dish.

To make things worse, the waitress later came back & told us she was quitting & that our table was the worst she had served in 10 years of experience. That was very unprofessional & shocking to hear as a customer.

Overall the experience was a disaster. I am posting this review for other peoples awareness. I left frustrated & disappointed & I will not be going back.

Quel horreur! Nous avons attendu à peu prêt 45 minutes pour nos assiettes- pas de trouble- si la qualité de la nourriture aurait été adéquate. Nos assiettes manquaient des items commandés & avaient des items non commandés. La nourriture était horrible & limite non comestible les saucisses étaient mis cuites & potentiellement dangereuse pour une personne qui à le système immunitaire compromis dons si vous faites de la chimio & avez l'appétit pour manger un bon déjeuner oubliez venir ici! Manque d'intégrité de la part du personnel qui se lance la balle en ce qui concerne les lacunes de la qualité du service & de la nourriture. Honteux comme établissement

Bonjour.
Nourriture correcte.
Très belles décorations de Noël !!
Le service était nul. Il était difficile de partir du restaurant. La serveuse a pris 30 minutes pour nous apportez la facture. Il y avais 15 employés qui je faisait rien. Après nous avoir apportée notre nourriture, ça leurs a pris 15 minutes avant de nous apportez des ustensiles.
Je n'y reviendrai pas.

Super service. On a eu nos assiettes assez vite. La serveuse Charlotte etait exceptionnelle. Souriante & presente pour nous servir. Je regrette d'avoir pas pris de photos. Je ne l'oublierai pas la prochaine fois :)
