Je suis presentement au restaurant & ca fait 45mins que j'attends ma nourriture... Je comprends que c'était un rush au début parce qu'il y avais beaucoup de personnes mais apres 15mins il y a plein de monde qui sont parti & j'attends quand même 30mins après pour ma commande quand il n'y a même plus de rush... c'est ridicule.
It took 1h30 for us to receive our food from when we sat down. Management lacking significantly. Staff was kind but the kitchen & system was extremely slow. Do not recommend, go somewhere else unless you have time to waste

Le pire de tous les allo mon… le pire service , pas de café ☕? pendant 15min ni de refill après , pas de lait , pas d'ustensiles, pas de de beurre d'arachide , pas de ketchup , l'assiette commander 20min plus tard arrivé en premier, pas d'eau ,,, j'ai travaillé plus à les aider qu'à manger & apprécier mon repas .. vive petinos j'aurais du aller la bas mais il y avait un lineup. Bref c fini Allô mon Coco c'est fini pour moi
I never write reviews but this was a horrible allo mon coco experience. One of my children received soggy cereal. The waitress said it was because it was refrigerated & offered Oreos instead. All of our eggs were cold, which the waitress had replaced. The bacon seems to have been left out. The English cream was not allo mon coco English cream. It was a different color , consistency , & tasted gross. My cinnamon bun was stale. I had not realized one my child's waffles came with English cream & caramel on top. I asked the waitress to remake it kindly. She came back to say the kitchen refused as I had not asked for it on the side. I explained it was my error & I'm ok paying for another plate. She repeated again the kitchen said no. I asked confused that again I know it's ok. My child is 7 & will not eat it. I will pay. She left to have a new one made but she was not happy. It took 15 min for a half waffle & it was not busy at all. We were given one initial coffee & no refills. The fruits were not allo mon coco quality. Seems that this chain does not follow the franchise. Was gross. My stomach hurts from the food that I did eat ( we didn't finish our meals). Some of the staff looked sloppy & dirty. Never again. Not worth it. Should have just eaten at the food court. ( was at ste dorothee location week before that was excellent ). The only positive was the crayons & coloring papers for the kids
Terrible. Waited over an hour for food to arrive. When food finally arrived it was cold. Sent my plate back & cancelled order. Wife & daughter ate their plates warm at best, because my toddler granddaughter needed to eat. Poor all around experience.
