Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience dans ce restaurant hier midi. Le restaurant était presque plein à notre arrivée, mais il restait quelques tables libres & nous avons été installés sans attente - un bon début.

Malheureusement, le service s'est rapidement dégradé. Nous avons commandé chacun un café, un verre d'eau & notre repas. Il a fallu un long moment avant de recevoir nos cafés, & encore plus de temps pour obtenir des verres d'eau ou des remplissages.

Après 45 minutes d'attente, sans aucune explication, la serveuse est revenue pour reprendre notre commande de repas comme si rien n'avait été noté. Nous avons finalement reçu nos plats près d'une heure après notre arrivée.

La nourriture, heureusement, était bonne, mais même demander une boîte pour emporter les restes a été compliqué.

En résumé, une expérience décevante, surtout à cause du service désorganisé & lent, malgré une cuisine de qualité correcte. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais la gestion du service gâche vraiment le moment.

I had a wonderful meal at this Allô mon Coco. The wait time wasn't too long & the food was delicious! I'm still craving that Oreo milkshake.😋 overall I had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. Keep up the good work!

Notre serveuse, Jade, était très souriante & nous a donné un service excellent.

Le blender devrait être déplacé dans un endroit plus isolé. C'était vraiment bruyant & ce, à quelque reprises. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.

Très bien mangé, & tout un service! Notre serveuse Charlotte vaut vraiment le détour!! Serviable, polies, avec beaucoup d'entregent, ça fesait longtemps que j'avais pas eu un service 5 étoiles! Félicitations, t'es la meilleure!! 👌🥰
