Worst service I have ever experienced. Waited 17 minutes just for the waitress to come to our table. We ordered 3 plates & only 2 arrived. One plate was missing toast & the choice of meat. Instead of entering our third plate correctly, the waitress added extras to my son's plate (which was supposed to be my husband's order), resulting in my husband never receiving a meal at all.
The bill was incorrect & took another 8 minutes to fix. Food was cold by the time it reached us. Never refilled coffee or hot water for my tea.
There was no manager on the floor to support or guide the staff, who clearly need supervision & guidance.
To make matters worse, I saw the kitchen staff eating while preparing food. No hand washing. Completely unacceptable. I will never return to this location.
Annalisa was a wonderful server: sweet, attentive & she offered helpful suggestions for our brunch. The food was tasty but not exactly hot. I really enjoyed the mushroom & brie Benedict. Coffee & milkshake were just ok, they've been better in the past.
Not what I expected from that chain. Place was not as clean, food was served cold & not even once I got offered a coffee refill.
Shout out to the tall blondy with tattoos that made us wait 20 minutes, came by our table 3 times & didn't take a 2nd look at us wondering if we've been served yet. While, other tables that came after us got served first. At least, give us water or coffee lol.
Visited on Christmas Day & was impressed by the cheerful waitress who handled the chaos with grace & warmth. The food was good, the service excellent, & this location stands out among the franchise for its quality & hospitality. Bonus points for answering phones & welcoming guests eagerly. However, the coffee needs improvement, & I wish they would wash their fruit. Despite these minor flaws, this branch is a top pick for great food & service.

We decided to go for breakfast with my wife & my son & his girlfriend to this location which we’ve been before, but never got this kind of service. Let me explain. We we were seated down by the lady at the door & this is where it all started after that. The waitress her name was “Leny ”came over to our table & asked us if we wanted coffee & we said sure so she came back with the coffee & water ,then she said I’ll be back in two minutes to take your order & 2 minutes ended up being about a little over five minutes but that’s not a big deal. “Leny” our waitress took everyone’s order & she never returned to our table to see if we’re missing anything, & if we were satisfied with our meal. She passed by us a couple of times & never had the audacity to even say if were ok. I have to ask another waiter to bring me some 🍁 maple syrup for my pancakes, which there was none on the table .There was one time that I stopped her to ask if she can bring me some ketchup 🥫& of course she didn’t come, & i had to get it myself from another table. The second time I had to ask her to refill our coffee☕?. I don’t know how a waitress like this could be working in a restaurant that is known for breakfast. I believe that she is not happy with her job, & it showed in her face that she didn’t wanted be there or maybe she was having a bad day When you’re dealing with customers, you should leave your problems at home & not bring them to work because of course her tip reflected the service that she give us. I could’ve given her no tip but as a gentleman I gave her the minimum which is 15%. She didn’t deserve a penny of that 15% & believe me if I return to this location I will make sure that I won’t have her as a waitress anymore!
