When we arrived we were not greeted at all just met with sour faces from both waitresses. Our male waiter was friendly though. Food was good nothing spectacular. We noticed the cutlery was stained like it hadn't been washed properly. I found the cubed potatoes to be a bit overdone.

Very disappointing experience. I went in intending to order breakfast & stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for at least five minutes. During that time, not a single staff member acknowledged my presence or even greeted me.

After a while, I wasn't even interested in ordering anymore-I simply wanted to see how long it would take for someone to notice I was there. No one did. It was only when a couple with two children in a stroller walked in that a staff member immediately came to the door. The family then had to point out that I had been waiting there first.

Being completely ignored while other customers were attended to immediately was frustrating & made me feel unwelcome. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have made all the difference. Sadly, I left without ordering & won't be returning.

J'ai été très déçue par mon expérience. J'ai commandé des gaufres avec un extra choco-noisette, un supplément que j'ai payé, mais il n'était même pas dans ma commande.

J'ai appelé pour signaler le problème, & on m'a simplement répondu qu'ils étaient désolés, mais qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire.

Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, j'ai également trouvé un cheveu dans mes pommes de terre. J'ai été complètement choquée. C'est inacceptable de recevoir une commande dans cet état, surtout lorsqu'on paie pour un repas en s'attendant à un minimum de qualité & d'hygiène.

Payer pour un extra qu'on ne reçoit pas, puis découvrir un cheveu dans son repas & se faire dire qu'il n'y a rien à faire, ce n'est pas un service acceptable. Je suis extrêmement déçue & j'espère que cette situation sera prise beaucoup plus au sérieux à l'avenir.

Joe & Aras are running this restaurant perfectly. Kind staff & great ambiance. The place looks like a high end breakfast restaurant & that's exactly what you can expect. Jawad our go-to waiter knows our orders by heart & is always courteous & serves with a smile. The best Allô mon coco without a doubt.

I went for brunch with a friend on a Saturday at 11:15. We waited around 20 minutes for a table to be available. It's been a long time since I've been there & I think their menu has been updated. I usually have eggs, etc., an omelet, or a savory crepe, I ordered a grilled cheese on egg bread with all of this in it: scrambled eggs (more like an omelet) bacon, avacado, red onions & spicy mayo. Very greesy, but very delicious. It came with a choice of potato cubes or mashed which I chose, & a thin slice each of cantelope & honey dew melon (I would have preferred a bit mire fruit, but it was sufficient. The potatoes were good, but I brought 3/4 of the large scoop of potatoes home as it would be too much/heavy for me to eat with this meal.

My friend & I spent a long time chatting while eating, but the server didn't rush us out. When we finished our meal there were a few empty tables & no line up so we stayed longer. The server was efficient & very busy, & we were not neglected.

There is a wheelchair accessible individual washroom with a baby change table on the wall. The ladies' has two stalls & two sinks. The sinks are the bowl type that sit on top of the counter. Looks nice, but the water is all over the counter because the faucet neck is too short & the water flows off your hands in behind the sink unless you are very intentional.

I recommend this restaurant for families. But if you are hard of hearing choose a quieter time when it's not so busy.
