Ordered Benedict eggs & a traditional breakfast , eggs were tasteless , pancakes were undercooked & food in general was dull / mild with little to no taste.
Fortunately service was good. Place is clean & & good shape.

After a long trip from Toronto to Quebec; this was our last stop; food was amazing; service was good, I appreciate the waitress try to speak spanish to me; her service was amazing till the point of payment. I see I am not the only one in the reviews that experience the same.
Why to damage the client's experience trying to'educate' your customers on how tips work in Quebec? Certainly is not a customer problem. We always do 10% & we will always do as a courtesy; we are not forced to give tips.
None of the restaurants staff during my trip, the waitress wanted to educate me about this matter; until here & If indeed you all don't receive your tips; better change work.
Not sure the restaurant is taking their tips? The government? Is better to leave tip in cash then?
I hope you all understand that this little situation damage the experience the customers have after a great meal; this happen 3 weeks ago & still is on my head because I was still deciding if to publish this or not.
I hope you educate your waitress about this matter or raise their paycheck to avoid this uncomfortable situations.
Edit: I see comments from 5months ago from same experience & you all just write that this will be sent to the branch manager.. clearly nothing happen & you dont take this seriously; I feel pitty for the cooks because their food is good; I wonder you are sharing the tips to them even?
Inconsistent quality.
About two out of three visits, the food just isn't right - & this last one was the worst. The potatoes were undercooked & replaced with mashed potatoes that were also raw inside. The Mexican casserole had almost no seasoning, & the watermelon slice they gave us was spoiled.
The only consistent thing here is how inconsistent the quality is. When it's good, it's really good - but that's rare now. We both left half our breakfast uneaten. They took 20% off the bill, but the experience was already ruined.
We didn't even get to eat together - my girlfriend was done by the time my plate showed up. & to top it off, we were refused a booth because we were two people, only to see another couple seated there five minutes later.
