Well I was seated within 5 minutes, & service started promptly right after.

I was served hot coffee & then told that when my waitress returned, she would take my order.

She promptly returned & took my order by noting it down.

Eggs served buttery, bacon crispy & potato's delicious & well seasoned. French toast sweet & soft with fruits being fresh.

Coffee refills were made throughout my service.

Not much to complain about here.

I've heard that there's a tipping issue happening here, but when in Rome, you must live like the Roman's. Drink their wine & water. Follow the rules.

I promptly tipped 20% & paid my bill when I was about to leave as this was beyond exceptional service & food for a breakfast chain.

Side note: bathrooms are clean & fresh

The service is amazing, the waitresses let me take my time in choosing & they are so sweet. The quantity & quality of the food is just perfect! Many food options to choose from & food always comes to my table still hot. Every food option is amazing to be honest, each one is made with love for sure. I recommend every meal! Drinks are extremely refreshing & pleasant. The atmosphere is amazing & i love the seating there. Its also very kid-friendly because as far as being a fancy restaurant, they bring kids drawings with crayons for them to color in! This restaurant will always be my go-to! Keep up the good spirit!!

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food is perfectly balanced-not too sweet, not too salty. Service is good, though a bit slow during busy times. I've been twice, & both visits were satisfying. Quick food, great staff, & a warm, family-friendly vibe. It's my go-to for brunch. Amiable service, cozy atmosphere, & a wide range of delicious dishes with generous portions. I especially love the mashed potatoes!

This restaurant is more than what I expected. The food are balance, not too sweet, not too salty. Service is good, a bit slowly, maybe because in the traffic time. I tried 2 times & they both satisfy me with the food. The oening hours are perfect😉. Must try in MTL👍

The food here is something to experience but be prepared to pay a pretty penny. The crepes are a hit-or-miss. Some people at the table enjoyed them, some did not. I think they can do more with less. Instead of overpacking the crepe with ad much banana, berry, English cream whatever else. Focus on flavor combinations with smaller portions for a cheaper rate.

You're easily spending $20+ a head there without any drinks, taxes, or tips. I have left food behind a few times because some sweet plates can be overpowering by chocolate & sugar.

The service here was good but not great. The waiter we had didn't seem to be attentive to our table & left us waiting 10 minutes for the bill. I also understand it was very busy & he was running around many tables.
