This was the worst service I've ever received. I ordered an egg florentin & it came fully cooked when I brought this to the waitress attention she said they would make me a new plate, this lady literally came back with just 2 eggs in a bowl telling me I had to remake my plate myself. When I explained to her how that didn't make any sense because 1 I didn't come to a restaurant to come make my own food & 2 I didn't even have the garnishes to make the meal even look presentable she was so rude & went to the back & was pointing at me talking crap about me with the kitchen staff & her coworkers, which is a ridiculous thing to do because I could see directly into the waiting area/kitchen. I will never go back to this location & this is honestly a stain to the Alo mon coco brand. I can't believe these are the type of people you hire!

On aime « Allo Mon Coco », mais a ma dernière visite de celui-ci de Centropolis on était choqué des changements.
- Les portions sont devenues vraiment trop petites contrairement aux autres Allo Mon Cocos
- Le service trop long meme si il y avait peu de monde.
- On n'a pa eu d'eau sur la table, ni de sauces ni de condiments.
- On n'a pas eu de refill de cafés, jusqu'à ce qu'on a finit notre repas que la serveuse vienne nous demande si on veut plus de café.
On ira toujours aux autres allo mon coco mais surtout plus celui-la.

J'ai adoré leur smoothie aux petits fruits & le menu good morning.
Seul bémol : nous avons attendu longtemps notre commande.

Wow!!! Amazing experience!!! Great service, great food & very nice place in Centropolis. I highly recommend to order the French Toast with fresh fruits. It was a delish. Unfortunately, I cannot find picture I took. I will publish as soon as I will find it. I highly recommend.
Update 08Nov2025: still great service, good food & quantities.

Tous les plats proposés sont trop abondants. Par conséquent, le client doit commander au-delà de son appétit & l'addition est conséquente. Exemple: on ne peut commander un oeuf unique, le menu ne le permet pas.

Food is not what you think chefs do not wear gloves they touch you're food the boss sits in his office all day & touches the waitresses screams at employees would not recommend eating here you're dishes will also be gross as the dishwasher does not do his job well they look at dirty plates & think it's okay not to rewash them

Nous avons eu le plaisir de manger avec mes parents & nous avons été merveilleusement bien servis par Aren. Toujours attentif, souriant & à s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien, il nous a offert un service tout simplement exceptionnel.
En plus de la qualité irréprochable & des repas délicieux, son professionnalisme & sa gentillesse ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable.

I will probably delete this later, because Allo Mon Coco is my place for breakfast, but the lady who served us would never say sorry for forgetting to bring some part of our orders & when we told her, she wouldn't smile. It's written Nathalie on my receipt. I know customer service is not always easy, but trust me taking ownership & saying sorry & smile goes a very long way. Thankfully, there were some very young employees who saw me waiting & I asked them, they helped me with a smile. 🥰

This place has really gone down in quality recently, food portions were much smaller than other locations, the quality of the food was also quite low with over ripe bananas in the crepes & somewhat cold food. Service was also very slow, we had to call the waiters to come see us when we were at our table & wanted to order & we had to ask for the receipt cause we hadn't seen our waiter for 25min. The restaurant was also quite empty being a weekday late morning, & the service was still slow

Im still waiting for my coffee while the waiters all stand together around the counter chit chatting for past 10 minutes.
Sausage not good compared to other allo mon cocos. Weird.
