My friend put the wrong Allo Coco in the GPS & we end up at this location at a mall. Going to Allo Mon Coco when visiting Quebec is a must but I was so disappointed this time. We went there on a Sunday (around 8:45am) so not many people at all & yet the food & coffee took a while to be served & they were served they were cold. The cappuccino looked & tasted nothing like cappuccino. I've asked one of the waitress for napkins, she said Oui but I could tell she didn't understand me & she never came back with the napkins so I had to stand up & pick up from the counter. English is not my first language either but when I don't understand something I ask someone to explain to me or she could have conveyed the message to our waitress. This was our first & last time at this location & I hope management review this & use as learning opportunity.

La nourriture: Pour le prix, je ne peux pas me plaindre de la quantité. Mais, en nourriture, quantité ne devrait pas venir avant qualité. OEufs trop cuits, toasts froides, viande comme du jerky, pancake encore liquide au milieu, etc. La seul raison pourquoi que je donne 2 étoiles est le smoothie. Excellent. Service: Serveuse attentive, belle attitude & s'assure que tu ne manque de rien. La base. Atmosphère: C'est un carré jaune & blanc-sale de 400 pi2. Rien d'extraordinaire mais propre malgré tout. En bref, c'est dure de critiquer un restaurent qui est plus comme le McDonald du monde des déjeuners qu'un restaurent familial. Le problème, le prix te donne l'impression que c'est de la grande cuisine gastronomique, mais ce n'est que le prix finalement. Je recommande si tu aimes les déceptions qui coûtent chères.

There was a long queue, I ordered "Gauffre suprême" it was a big portion but tastes nothing & very heavy.

Had the smoked meat Benny & the good morning. Loved the amount of fresh fruit we got, food was average in terms of taste, nothing ground breaking but taste was consistent which I certainly appreciated.
