This was the worst service I've ever received. I ordered an egg florentin & it came fully cooked when I brought this to the waitress attention she said they would make me a new plate, this lady literally came back with just 2 eggs in a bowl telling me I had to remake my plate myself. When I explained to her how that didn't make any sense because 1 I didn't come to a restaurant to come make my own food & 2 I didn't even have the garnishes to make the meal even look presentable she was so rude & went to the back & was pointing at me talking crap about me with the kitchen staff & her coworkers, which is a ridiculous thing to do because I could see directly into the waiting area/kitchen. I will never go back to this location & this is honestly a stain to the Alo mon coco brand. I can't believe these are the type of people you hire!

I love allo mon coco in general but im complaining about the service here. I ordered an avacado toast with poached eggs. Instead i got boiled egg, asked to get it replaced. The server got angry as if shes paying my bill. Took hours to give me a raw eggs. Nasty service.

Loved the signature breakfast, eggs, beans, potatoes, toast, fruits, banana pancakes & I replaced the meat with tomatoes 🤩 yummy. Great service 🤠😁

Why is this place so popular. Fried potatoes were mashed. Eggs were cold. Toast was bunt & cold. When I commented, the best they could do was shrug.
