This place has really gone down in quality recently, food portions were much smaller than other locations, the quality of the food was also quite low with over ripe bananas in the crepes & somewhat cold food. Service was also very slow, we had to call the waiters to come see us when we were at our table & wanted to order & we had to ask for the receipt cause we hadn't seen our waiter for 25min. The restaurant was also quite empty being a weekday late morning, & the service was still slow

Sausage not good compared to other allo mon cocos. Weird.
Très déçues de notre visite. La serveuse (probablement nommée Sarah, selon la facture) était froide, impatiente & parlait sur un ton sec dès le début. On se sentait mal accueillies, presque comme si on la dérangeait.
Quand mon amie a demandé un latté, elle n'a même pas eu le temps de parler que la serveuse était déjà partie. Le premier latté est arrivé avec du lait périmé, sans aucun mot d'excuse. Elle a reçu un deuxième latté après l'avoir redemandé presque à la fin de son assiette, & la serveuse lui a simplement dit : « Je ne peux pas aller plus vite que la machine » - au lieu de s'excuser.
Il manquait plusieurs choses dans la commande & on a dû tout redemander. Même s'il y avait du monde, le service était franchement mauvais.
J'ai déjà été dans plusieurs Allô Mon Coco, mais celui de Laval, c'était de loin la pire expérience que j'ai eue. On ne reviendra pas.
De la nourriture sur le sol en entrant & l'endroit était presque vide à 9am un dimanche matin alors c'est clairement de la négligence & non pas parce qu'ils sont trop occupé…j'aurais dû m'écouter & rebrousser chemin.
La serveuse était gentille mais les plats plus qu'ordinaire.
L'endroit aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage, le mur à côté de moi était sale….ca coupe l'appétit .
Dommage j'aimais bien la succursale de sainte-Rose mais ce n'est clairement pas entretenu de la même façon.
Parmi toutes les succursales Allô Mon Coco que j'ai visitées, celle-ci est ma moins favorite. L'attente était longue (plus de 30 min pour une table de 8), mais le service était bon. J'ai adoré les bénédictines Copenhague au saumon fumé !

I went for the first time at this place & ordered my favourite sandwich & wow it was so bad & stale. Everything in the sandwich tasted like it was pre made & it was cold from inside they just warm it up in the microwave. I only tipped because of the waitress she was nice to us. Otherwise I would give 1 star. Disgusting food.
I love allo mon coco in general but im complaining about the service here. I ordered an avacado toast with poached eggs. Instead i got boiled egg, asked to get it replaced. The server got angry as if shes paying my bill. Took hours to give me a raw eggs. Nasty service.
