Absolutely delicious. This is a very special dessert place in the Verdun area. Of you have lunch or dinner anywhere nearby, you have to come here for dessert. My absolute favourite place to come for sweets. The cream puffs are so good! On top of their usual menu, they're always experimenting with new flavours, & they're all a delight every time! Their rose sorbet is one of my favourite summer snacks as well. Everything I try here is delicious & not super sweet. I have a very low tolerance for sweetness, but most of their flavours are so nicely balanced that it works perfectly for me. Lastly, their staff is super friendly & kind. WOW, hands down BEST IceCream I’ve had in many , many years. In fact the formulation of the flavour profiles is nothing short of Genius ; Bravo ! My reference base includes the many places around the globe I have sought after delicious desserts. The serving staff are lovely & very attentive, good job. Can’t wait to get back there. A lovely pastry with a crisp exterior & moist center filled with varying flavour of excellent, luscious cream that is just the right amount of sweet : not too much, but still satisfying. A perfect cream to pastry ratio.
