Nous avons fait appel à Aïmara pour faire le repas d'une fête entre collègues. Tout le monde s'est franchement régalé! Je suis très heureuse d'avoir fait appel aux services de Victoria pour m'aider à planifier un menu qui allait plaire à tout le monde. Je recommande fortement de faire affaire avec Aïmara pour vos prochains événements. La livraison était à l'heure, & tout était chaud & prêt à être dégusté. Merci encore !

Excellent service de la part d'Aïmara Traiteur ! Le repas était délicieux & tout le monde a vraiment apprécié. Mention spéciale pour le dessert, absolument succulent. Un grand merci à Victoria pour son service attentionné.

J'ai retenu les services du traiteur Aïmara pour le 60ième anniversaire de mon conjoint. Tout était parfait: service & conseils de Victoria, livraison à l'heure, la qualité de la nourriture extraordinaire, portions généreuses, bref un succès. Je recommande fortement.

Super service de Noémie pour notre dîner d'affaires. Belle adaptation du menu pour respecter le budget. Livraison à l'heure &, surtout, nourriture totalement délicieuse & bien présentée. Portions généreuses !

We had a Peruvian lunch catered with the BARRANCO side of the AIMARA menu (their menu is GREAT). The service from beginning to end was spectacular, on time, professional & kind. The quality of the food was outstanding & this event i planned for my coworkers was a hit. 10/10 everyone adored the food.

Even the delivery service was on time (in winter), & the food was scorching hot upon arrival. BIG PROPS to Victoria for the planning & menu choosing, & Juan for the quality in delivery with a smile & kindness. WILL def work with them again. HIRE THEM!!!!
My only downside: 📸 i wish we took more pics but we were too busy FEASTING on the yummy Peruvian buffet.

The service was premium & we had great communication with the catering company. The soup we received was a little salty. The rice of the main meal was a little hard & the meat to rice ratio was a little off. The dessert was delicious.
