Très beau rapport avec Aïmara, le Théâtre Aux Écuries était ravi. Tout était délicieux & la collaboration dans notre minuscule cuisine s'est très bien déroulé. On recommande & on revient dès notre prochain événement.

We organized our 75-person wedding in partnership with the Aimara team - it was the best decision of our wedding, second only to choosing to marry each other!
I will not lie, I did try to recruit Noemie who acted as wedding coordinator as well as her right-hand woman Victoria, more than once as I never want to stop working with them. They are incredibly organized, professional, thoughtful, & engaged. The creativity & care they brought to every task elevated our wedding in ways we could not have even dreamed of, despite the many hours spent looking for inspiration.
The only thing that could compare with the excellence of their day-of wedding coordination services is their catering & bartending services. EVERY guest raved to us about how delicious the food was as well as the drinks, not just during the wedding but in the days & weeks since! Many said it was the best food they've ever eaten at a wedding.
So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to - which is truly a wild thing to hear! I know for ourselves, Noemie, Victoria & the Aimara team created an incredibly magical wedding experience that I hope all brides & grooms get to experience.
As a professional project manager, I remain in awe of how well the Aimara team manages complex events, leaving all stakeholders deeply satisfied! Nous avons eu la chance de collaborer avec Central Kitchen pour notre mariage, & ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Depuis plus d'un an, Noémie a accompagné ma fiancé & moi avec une fiabilité & un professionnalisme remarquable. Toujours organisée, dévouée & attentive, elle a grandement contribué à alléger notre charge mentale en nous épaulant dans la planification du déroulement de notre soirée.
Le jour du mariage, toute l'équipe s'est montrée chaleureuse, souriante, professionnelle & parfaitement à l'écoute de nos demandes. Le service était impeccable - un cocktail nous attendait à notre table, suivi d'une assiette généreusement garnie, sans que nous ayons à lever le petit doigt.
Quant à la nourriture… wow!! Nous avions fait une dégustation en septembre 2024, & le jour J, même en formule buffet, la qualité était au rendez-vous : fraîche, savoureuse, & fidèle à nos attentes. Nous tenions à offrir à nos invités des mets péruviens & internationaux - mission accomplie haut la main. Tout le monde s'est régalé, incluant nos invités végétariens.
Nous avons reçu une pluie de compliments de la part de nos invités, plusieurs affirmant qu'ils envisageraient Central Kitchen pour leurs propres mariages. C'est tout dire. Merci du fond du coeur Noémie - toi & ton équipe avez grandement contribué à faire de notre journée un moment inoubliable. 10/10 would recommend!
Had a 50 person event catered by them over the weekend: Tacos 3 ways plus sides. Both the quality & quantity of food surpassed expectations. Every single guest asked who had catered the event & how tasty everything is. Definitely recommend for your next event
Meilleur buffet à vie. Service exceptionnel, nourriture excellente & de qualité. Superbe présentation. Des bouchées généreuses, savoureuses, des plats aussi beaux que bons, je recommande fortement Central Kitchen. Pour un événement réussi, n'hésitez pas à les contacter.

Mariage inoubliable en mode cocktail dînatoire! Nous nous sommes régalés, il y en avait pour tous les goûts, nos invités ont adoré. Le ceviche est tout simplement incroyable, mais toutes les bouchées sont absolument délicieuses. & que dire du service! Je recommande chaudement. :)

Super service & que dire des tapas. :) La communication avec le service de réservation est géniale, rapide & conviviale. J'avais déjà mangé chez Barranco, mais au resto, là on s'est gâté un souper entre amis avec leur service de traiteur à la maison! C'était parfait, & je recommande fortement!
Nous avons récemment utilisé leurs services pour un 4@7 d'entreprise; les tapas d'inspiration péruvienne étaient excellents, la présentation des plats invitante & le service à point. Tout a été dévoré. Je recommande fortement!
