I was visiting Montreal for few days & was looking for Brazilian food & I found this restaurant close to my hotel, it's very easy to get there there is a metro station right on the corner. I'm speechless by the flavor of the food, it's was incredible delicious, very well seasoned, I order some Brazilian salgados to start, coxinha, bolinho de bacalhau & risoles de camarao, was perfect fried & the dough was soft & the meat was very good seasoned, for main course I ordered the picanha & came with rice, beans, vinaigrette, farofa & fried yuca, the meat was cooked in perfectly way, the & rice & beans in small portions enough for one person. The close I went to this food test was only in Brazil, I've been to many Brazilian restaurants outside Brazil specifically in USA & nothing compares to this one. It's a small restaurant the atmosphere was nice, a little bit Brazilian music, the only complaint I have was the bathroom, the toilet was dirty & broke, & the sink was full of water probably was also broken.
Everything was amazing. We drive to Montreal (from Ottawa) a few times per year, & always find time to have dinner at Acajou BR. This is one of, if not THE BEST restaurant I have ever been to.
Bonne ambiance, bonne cuisine mais service catastrophique. On a eu les apéros 10 minutes après le plat, les serveurs ne savent pas quelle table a commandé quoi, c'est n'importe quoi 😄
This place had great authentic brazilian food & for a great price. The Churrasco plate was delicious & plentiful! We ate very well & all the meats were deliciously grilled to perfection!
