Ordered the BBQ chicken for takeout & was shocked when I opened it at home, the portion was barely half a chicken for what I paid. When I called to raise the issue, the staff were dismissive & rude, telling me there was nothing they could do. No apology, no attempt to make it right.
Poor value, poor service. I won't be going back, & I'd think twice before ordering here.
We ordered two full BBQ chickens with appetizers for delivery. The restaurant is literally only five minutes from our place, so we were surprised by the quality of the food we received.
Both chickens were extremely dry & tasted as though they had been pre-cooked & reheated. The skin was stuck to the meat & bones, & the chicken itself was so dry.
We have ordered from this restaurant many times before by phone for pickup, & the quality has always been good.
To be fair, we contacted the restaurant before posting this review to give them an opportunity to address the issue. Unfortunately, their customer service response was just as disappointing as the meal itself.
Order lamb, fillet mignon & chicken sandwich & fried potatoes. The meat are good but not seasoned enough. Asked remove pickles for chicken one, but still added it. No garlic mayo, lettuce & magenta radish as expected.
Many culinary delights issued from this austere, stone-faced team of bbq masters. & the very finest hummus one can expect to buy in a shop in Montréal.
Asked my mom to get me meat chunks for a BBQ. The butcher cut the meat & handed it over without mentioning the price. We got charged $60/kg. What is this? Wagyu that gets coconut oil massages & listens to Mozart? Never again.
This place is getting very greedy..
& the food is not that good anymore
Tout leur sac sont déchiré & il ne font même pas attention à cause de ça j'ai était remplis de lui.Jai demandé du poulet grillée c était même pas grillé & pour le prix ce n'est vraiment pas bon!!!
