Best Halal Food in Montreal, one of best taste for halal butter chicken not to much spicy. Taste good with garlic naan. Best way to order just order butter chicken once it arrive then order naan as separate. Then you'll also get white rice 🍚 they come free otherwise it quite expensive.
Customer service is not very top notch.
I bought 4 lamb karahi boneless for 100$+tx & the portions are smaller than last time with more fat in the meat
Good & Service both are fantastic, we order Friday special Haleem & Chicken Chargha. Highly recommended.
I had an amazing experience with them. I went with my family. Service was great
We had a friends gathering yesterday,we ordered from 786 halal restaurant. One of the worst veal karahi I've had. It looked dry & like leftovers, & they even refused the left overs of sekh kebab to replace it with veal. Really disappointing, not recommended at all. I ordered 3 fish, but they were also left overs from yesterday, they were cold & bit smelly too we ordered chicken karahi which was also too bad.we spent more then 130$ at their restaurant but we have to ordere from another store too, because our guests didn't like the food.
The fish was not fresh it looked like it was left overs of days ago it was disgusting & I didnt even eat the rest of the food & normally I love fish & ill never eat here again
We've always loved this restaurant & their food - it's usually delicious & we enjoy coming here.
However, today we had a very scary experience with our 2-year-old daughter. She was simply eating plain rice when she suddenly started coughing. Then we noticed some blood coming from her mouth. She kept putting her finger inside her mouth & couldn't swallow.
I checked with my phone light & saw a small, sharp piece (like a branch or unground spice stem) stuck in her throat. I had to act very quickly & carefully put my hand inside her mouth to remove it. It was a very stressful moment as a parent - no one wants to see their child in pain & bleeding.
Thankfully, I was able to remove it in time, but this could have turned into something much more serious.
I hope the restaurant takes this seriously & pays closer attention to cleaning & preparing spices properly. Small things like this can be very dangerous, especially for children or elderly people.
Thank you for your understanding.
