For my birthday celebration, we went to Restaurant 786 because my wife wanted to surprise me there. She had called the restaurant a day earlier & asked if we could bring our own birthday cake & whether the staff could present it to the table as a surprise. They agreed & said there was no problem.

Our 7-year-old son was also involved in the surprise with his mother & was very excited. After we finished our meal, my wife asked them to bring the cake. However, they brought it very late & had not kept it in the refrigerator at all. The cake had started to melt & our candles were also broken. They simply lit the candles & placed the cake on the table without saying'Happy Birthday,' without any congratulations, & without any effort to create a festive atmosphere.

My son became very upset & disappointed. He said,'Mom & Dad, what bad customer service! They didn't even say a word, no congratulations, no happy birthday.'

Hearing this from a 7-year-old child truly broke my heart. This experience was very disappointing for us, & what was supposed to be one of the most memorable moments of my life was handled in a completely careless & unimportant way. I was really upset with the attitude & service of the restaurant & expected much better, especially since they had already agreed to cooperate with us for this surprise.

However, to be completely honest, the food at the restaurant was really excellent & very delicious. The only reason for our disappointment was the staff's behavior & their very poor service during the birthday celebration.

I visited this restaurant with my friends for dinner, & we had a really nice experience. The food came out fresh, full of flavor, & every dish we ordered was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal, & the portions were generous.
The staff were very polite, attentive, & made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Even though the restaurant was busy, the service was quick, & also they checked on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was perfect.
The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, & had a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, & I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty food & excellent service. Looking forward to coming back again.

The 3 girl servers were rude & no customer service. We went at 9:30 PM on 26/07/26 for the manger to know who they are.

We came here for dinner with a group of 8 people & ordered a variety of dishes. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

One of the dishes, the daal, had no salt at all. When we politely asked if it could be replaced, the server started arguing with us instead of trying to resolve the issue. Later, I ordered a sweet lassi, but it had no sweetness whatsoever it just tasted like plain yogurt mixed with water.

We have been regular customers & have always enjoyed dining here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. It feels like the quality of the food has gone downhill, & the attitude of the staff has become very rude & unprofessional.

Customer service is just as important as the food. The staff should treat customers with respect & handle concerns politely instead of arguing. We truly hope the management works on improving both the food quality & customer service.

The chapli kebab is the worst I don't recommend anyone to eat I ordered one they bring me two i ask to take one back they refused it was dry not even worth it a penny
