Food was good in quality - fresh & flavorful - but was not like any kind of Mexican food I've ever had. I had a steak burrito with rice, beans, & salad. Steak was like stew meat. Rice was good. Beans were different- didn't seem cooked with lard. Maybe they make food like this in a part of Mexico I'm not familiar with who knows. The wait staff was very nice though.Voir plus
Everything was delicious, costumer service was great & the place is very nice! I was very exited to try the birria tacos & it was super worth it, the level of spice was perfect & it was so flavorful. The tres leches cake was sooo good, very moist & the sweetness was on point.Voir plus
Tasty food & very reasonable prices & portions!Voir plus
Not my favourite 3 Amigos location but a good experience overall all. Similar to other locations in the sense that the service was friendly & attentive & the drinks were delicious & very generous, the food was standard but very good for the type of restaurant that it is (a chain type Tex-Mex restaurant with a lot of choices on the menu, large portions & full plates served with rice, beans & salad.)A fun little plus is that they bring complimentary chips & salsa to your table when you arrive to snack on while you make your selection & wait for your food. The food comes out fairly quickly even when the restaurant is very busy. I love 3 Amigos generally although this location doesn't feel as'immersive' in terms of the ambiance. You have to pay for parking but there is a large parking garage literally right next to the restaurant so it's easy to park near by. The overall experience is good & the drinks are really are amazing. I prefer the Sainte-Catherine location over this one for the slightly better ambiance but this one is still a great place to go if you're in old Montreal & craving standard Tex-Mex.Voir plus
Food took forever to be served, the place isn't clean , the menu was sticky & stained . Food tastes okay but not great.Voir plus
Cozy enough for comfort & large enough to give you space. This is the first thing that strikes you when you enter the place. The staff is friendly & patient with your requirements. They take time to explain the menu when you are confused with the terms. The food was delicious & beautifully presented. I had the chicken fajitas & my family enjoyed the salad bowls. The bowls are edible bowls made of crisp flour. It was a very nice experience lunching here.Voir plus
From the entrance to the end, very lovely people humble & fantastic service & prices. Food was on point I had the enchiladas & my wife had the birria tacos as puertoricans can say they know how to cook!Voir plus
We visited this restaurant around 8 PM & it was nearly empty. Despite being almost empty, we waited over an hour for just two kids' menu items & a quesadilla. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived after us were served well before we were. It felt like our order had either been completely forgotten or deprioritized for some reason.
When we finally asked about the delay, they apologized & offered us a Pepsi! which felt like an odd gesture considering how hungry & tired our kids were by that point. We declined, as it didn't make up for the long, unexplained wait.
It's really disappointing when a quiet restaurant still fails to deliver even basic service in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.Voir plus
Service was extremely slow & the restaurant wasn't busy. It took over one hour from when we entered the restaurant, until our food was served. Our server was pleasant enough, so the challenge may have been with the kitchen. However, no apology was made about the slowness of the service.Voir plus
Stopped by 3 Amigos in Old Port & ordered the Tex Mex Grilled Chicken Burger - it was so good! The chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy, & packed with flavor. The bun was soft & fresh, & the veggies were super crisp. Really satisfying & hit the spot.
The vibe was fun & casual, & everything looked great when it came out. Service was good overall, but could be a bit faster. Still, the quality of the food made it totally worth the wait. I'll definitely be coming back!Voir plus
Loa tacos de camarón muy buenos. Buen platilloVoir plus
Sehr freundlicher Service und das Essen hat ebenfalls gut geschmeckt.Voir plus
This is, uh. The food is probably best-described as'inspired by Tex-Mex vibes' rather than'Mexican'. I'm used to eating at restaurants run by actual Mexicans in Florida & Georgia. This is… not authentic, lol. The enchiladas did taste good though (including their spinach enchilada, which… was a first for me), & the corn tortillas were done well. I… would not recommend whatever the… drink is that they are calling a'pina colada'. Also, note that they have never heard the word'queso' before, which is… shocking. I did not like their rice & beans. It was fun going here with friends & seeing how… different this is from what I'm used to. I would come back given the right company, but just know that if you're hoping for legit Mexican food… this isn't it. Also, they don't speak any Spanish, which is sad, but I guess not surprising given the distance from Hispanophone America.Voir plus
