Had dinner at 3 Amigos with a couple of friends & really enjoyed it. The Chimichanga was super tasty & hit the spot. We also tried the Canela Night's drink - such a cool mix of red wine, cinnamon schnapps, pineapple, orange juice, & mango. Sounds wild but it totally worked! Liked music & really enjoyed the happiness vibe of the dancers. Disappointed with waiter who barely smiled at us, served persons from his ethnic origin first - even though we had arrived first, & we were only 2 people, while they were 4. Waiters garnished drinks with no regard for hygiene- hands would go from handling money/ cards/ picking up tables & fallen floor scraps to dressing cocktails by fishing through condiments like limes & dried fruit. We were in Montreal for four days & tried many restaurants on Saint Catherine St. this is one of the best restaurants you can go to. food choices are awesome. Prices are less vibe is awesome. we tried chicken tacos & had some drinks. The tacos were great. Their drinks menu was great as well. They have good desserts menu as well. How many If you are in Montreal & staying by Saint Catherine street, this restaurant is definitely a try.Voir plus
Service at this place is great, the people is very nice but I was really disappointed by the food. We took fajitas & tacos, & they were okay. Not great, not bad, just okay. The biggest problem was the pina colada. We decided to take advantage of the 6$ cocktail & ordered the drink with our food. We got the food first & waited quite a while for it. When it finally came it looked as if it had been forgotten on the counter & it tasted it like it too. It had a sort of artificial taste & just wasn't good. It's supposedly their specialty & I think we got a really bad batch because that just wasn't good.Voir plus

The drinks & food all good but we went for a birthday party & they didn't give us the same treatment as all of the other tables even though ours was a big one (almost 20 people). When they bring the cake, they play a song in Spanish & they sing & take the cake to the table, we didn't get that, the server got the cake to the table, no music no ambience at all. When I told a guy that seemed to be in charge he told me don't worry we'll play it now as if it was no problem but the moment was gone. Every time they did that to another table after they didn't do it to ours felt like they just didn't care. I was having a great time, even though the server got the drinks wrong & the food all over the table & none to the people that had actually ordered, I could understand that he was busy & i didn't care but couldn't enjoy anything after. However I remember the food a bit better in my past visits. Also not sure why the waiter doesn't bring your check with the breakdown what you had but just tells you the total. I had to ask. It's a big red flag. I hope the manager sees this & fix it.Voir plus
It was our first time here, & I couldn't believe the rating was below 4! This place is 5star. The lamb taco (gluten-free) was amazing. The spices are to the point. Good service, nice Lebanese gentleman. One of the best experiences we had in Montreal. Keep up the good work 👏

-Update: we went back & unfortunately the food was not as good as first time. I get it know why it has 3star. The food was really cold & the service was awful this time. The person in front (Indian guy) was so rude & dumb. The special drink was not enough & full of ice. The food was good,but service was atrocious. They rushed us out. The food & drinks came extremely fast. The food was ok, not bad but absolutely nothing special. The drinks were watery. The experience was very frustrating, because the server was checking on us if we were done every 2 seconds & taking our plates away before we were done. Didn't ask if we needed anything else & brought the check & the card machine… the restaurant was not even close to be closing. Would not recommend.Voir plus
We were rushed out when the restaurant was empty. The waiter hovered over us the entire time. Salsa & chips were such low quality. Never asked if we wanted another drink or if we wanted dessert. Fajitas were eh but for the price so many better restaurants in town. Hi, I went there last winter with two of my best friends. We were given a cozy table with a nice view of St. Catherine Street. Of course, I had already sat outside with my family in the summer & I loved it, but this cozy table (although it was very cramped & my friend was pregnant) had a great atmosphere. The drinks were served on time & then the main course! Oh, I can't tell you how much I love the fajitas. Delicious as always, full of flavor & juicy & colorful. But I wish they had used more variety of vegetables besides a mountain of onions. Of course, I know there has been inflation & all businesses have their own strengths, but I wish they hadn't compromised on their quality. I recommend this guys at all, specifically their promotions on different days!Voir plus

This place is soooo so good for margaritas, but I personally wouldn't recommend the food. They have large portions, but the food isn't very authentic nor flavorful. The drinks though are amazing, so I would 100% recommend this place for a night out.Voir plus

The decor captures the vibrant spirit of Mexico, making it a great place to relax & have a good time. The food was amazing, with each dish bursting with authentic flavors. We tried a variety of options, & everything was cooked to perfection, from the tacos to the enchiladas. The portions were generous, & the presentation was spot on. The highlight, however, was definitely the cocktails-they were some of the best we've had! Each one was expertly mixed & packed a punch, making it hard to pick a favorite. Whether you're a fan of margaritas or looking to try something new, you won't be disappointed. Service was friendly, although it got a bit slow during peak hours, which is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. This place whether it's the one at old port or laval. Never had disappointed me & my family. 3 amigos is THE BEST MEXICAN 🤩restaurant in Montreal for me. For groups & cocktails, this location is a fun option. The interior is very festive & lively that brings a summer feel even on colder days. There is a patio off the main street during the summer as well as window seats & a bar seating area. Many sangria varieties are offered in pitchers for sharing. The food was okay.
