I can't even recall how I discovered this place but the General Tao is THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! Service surpasses any other restaurant I have dealt with. Service is phenomenal, so I question other reviews that are below 4 stars..... My only downside is that the hot & sour soup is very "fumé/smoked". However, all other soups are GREAT. The quality/price is the BEST here & I will never go anywhere else!!! Service is top-notch!!!!View more

Just ordered from there the tao chicken & it was amazing. Best spring rolls I had & they are very filled not like other cheap restaurants... the restaurant gave me extra sauce like I asked. This is a really good chicken Tao & I tasted many. It tastes authentic good take out Chinese food. Thank youView more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Food is average/good. Good selection. Although the service was terrible. We ordered delivery through Top Menu. Peanut Butter Dumplings, General Tao Chicken, Pineapple chicken, veggies & Széchuan Shrimps. There were 4 shrimps in the whole plate with veggies. Tinny shrimps the size of a pea with no taste to them. We called the restaurant afterwards to ask what they could do for the plate. The owner screamed at us on the phone telling us we just had to go to the restaurant ourselves to get a refund or to get another plate to replace it. When we said that we asked for delivery because we didn't have a way to get around he suggested we take public transit. Also suggested that we lived far & they still delivered. But... last I recalled, they are the ones who make their own delivery policies. Overall terrible experience. Will never order from there again. BEWARE.
