Just left the restaurant & I wish I was back already. Made a late reservation & when we showed up 2 men were making the tables. I asked if they were open & they said of course & seated us right away. Service was 10 outta 10. So friendly & accommodating. This was the best steak I've ever had. Got the 28 Oz porterhouse & at 115, it's such a steal. Ordered medium temperature & it was cooked so well. Steak was beyond tender, & the dry age provided such a beefy flavor bomb. The charred edges was the stuff of gold. As were were paying, it turns out the 2 men were the owners & I believe head chef (could be wrong). They were the only 2 in the restaurant & are the ones who prepared our food. They saw that we were out of town & said they couldn't turn us away. If that doesn't speak to the integrity of this restaurant I don't know what would. The frites & Monte Cristo potato were also phenomenal. I'd drive back to Montreal just to eat here. Please make sure you take a chance at this place
Steak was excellent, cooked how we like it (rare). Oysters & shrimp very good. The bread & caesar salad were very good also. Service here is 5 star they really went the extra with us. Definitely going back.
We went for lunch & ordered the steak frites, medium rare. Both steaks came medium well. I know they were grilled but perhaps the temperature of the grill was not hot enough & did not have flames..? The steak had no colour, was very bland & overcooked. This was extremely disappointing since they are an actual steakhouse. The pepper sauce on the side was excellent though. The ceasar salad & warm bread was the highlight. The espresso was also deep & rich. Service was quick & attentive. The server did ask us if everything was OK. We felt bad to complain about overcooked steaks, since it was the lunch special. In hindsight, we should have informed the server & see how the situation would have been resolved. Would they have cooked us 2 other steaks at the correct doneness? I may go back to give them another chance. The ambiance & decor is very nice.
First time to try this steakhouse & was happy we did.. Steak was delicious & was done perfectly. We had the delmonico steak. We will surely come back the next time we're in Montreal.
Eddie & the team were listening to our detailed requests very attentively, sometimes guessing what we needed even before saying it... very professional.

What a happy surprise! My husband & I decided to try this new steakhouse last week. From ease of parking to yumminess of food we'll definitely be back.
Nous y sommes allés pour un diner d'affaire . Le menu à 39$/pers. est juste parfait . L'endroit était un peu désert mais c'était parfait pour pouvoir échanger sans devoir se parler fort . J'ai pris un steak frite (filet mignon) qui était excellent , cuisson saignante parfaite & mon collegue a pris un tartare de saumon , ça manquait un peu de gout mais on comprends que c'est un steakhouse aussi. Service impeccable & endroit très charmant .
The food & service are great. However, the price is going way too far. For example, the lamb chops (shown in the picture) are worth $55. Also, this area is not that huge like other luxurious steakhouses. As a result, I really do NOT recommend going to this steakhouse ever again, people.
