Honnêtement, ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé une viande aussi bien cuite. Le steak est arrivé exactement comme je le voulais, ni trop ni pas assez.

La sélection de vins est assez large. Le vin recommandé par le serveur s'accordait parfaitement avec le steak, c'était une très belle expérience. L'ambiance autant que la qualité de la nourriture sont de haut niveau. Ça vaut vraiment le prix.

Si vous voulez goûtez à un bon steak New yorkais, c'est la bonne adresse, un des meilleurs en ville. La variété de plats poissons donne aussi envie. Félicitations au chef & au service qui était excellent à tout point de vue . La décoration est moderne & reflète bien l'excellence des lieux. Je recommande

The food & service are great. However, the price is going way too far. For example, the lamb chops (shown in the picture) are worth $55. Also, this area is not that huge like other luxurious steakhouses. As a result, I really do NOT recommend going to this steakhouse ever again, people.

I ordered the filet mignon with fries, & a chocolate cake with ice cream for dessert. They started me off with some bread. Fresh & hot. Crunchy crust & soft on the inside. My filet mignon was done exactly how I liked it, which was a treat. A lot of chefs cook it "their way", but they listened to me & did it the way I like. I definitely recommend dipping it in the peppercorn sauce. Changes the flavor in a nice way. The fries were crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. It had that perfect amount of crunch with each bite. Would highly recommend. The chocolate cake with ice cream was the perfect end to a meal. Sweet & tasty without being overly sweet or overwhelming of the senses. I know many might say it's too expensive, but the quality makes the price worth it. The owner & his wife were a delight. Very friendly & listened to me. My only complaint is that I would love to be able to eat here more often.
