Workers there are pretentious. Unauthentic middle eastern food, tastes like someone trying to reproduce middle eastern food. I thought it was lebanese/syrian and later on learned that it was………………. Food is dry and tastes too basic.Also they put many different foods of different regions under the same etiquette which is « middle eastern », Overall it looks like they're trying to please a North American who's never tried middle eastern food, instead of doing real authentic food. I read that the Chef is Iranian, which is already a good starter but maybe another chef from another middle eastern country would be a great addition to the team. Portions are also too small. Overall i wouldn't recommend but if you're interested, maybe it is worth a shot. Too expensive for what it is though……

Food and service was ok but paying our bill put a damper on the whole experience. You need to check your receipt and the tip calculation carefully at this restaurant. My friend and I spilt a $281 dollar dinner bill last week. When presented with the POS machine I selected 20% tip. My friend a similar value. Upon checking the receipts we both thought something didn't add up. It turned out we both we charged the our tip percentage on the total value of the bill (less taxes) not our split in half share. So my 20% tip on the $140 ($122.38 without taxes) should have been $24.48 but I was charged double that tip, $48.95 based on the full bill. Same thing for my friend. Not cool. When we brought this up to our waiter he fixed it but I can only imagine how many people don't check the calculations on their receipts from the POS machine. We got a sorry from our waiter. Check your bill here if paying and tipping with a card.

Je suis venu à plusieurs reprises et c'est tjrs aussi bon, cette fois j'ai ramener ma tante et elle a juste adorer !! Les employés étaient aimables et patients et ont pris le temps de nous expliquer le menu, et c'était tellement rapide !!

Wonderful drinks. Beautiful music, but not so loud you can't talk. Make a reservation as it's a amall intimate venue ( on a week night you may be able to make reservation on your phone for 15 minutes from'now').

Lovebird was a fantastic experience. It was romantic, and the music was fantastic. It was a magical evening made better by the fantastic staff and the attentive bar manager. We cannot recommend it highly enough. It was a perfect ending to our evening. Mille Merci

Overall great vibe and presentation. We've reserved and arrived on time. They made us sit at the bar until our table is ready. This shows that they don't put pressure on customers to finish quickly for the next reservation, which is a nice and relaxing atmosphere. They said sorry multiple times and that our tables are getting cleaned, ready with ETA, etc, never forgetting us and always updating us. Once we got to our table, the waiter serving us took our orders nicely. Later on, he forgot the types of meat cuts before presenting, so he had to ask his colleagues or manager so he doesn't give out any wrong information. I knew what the cuts were, but I had to let the restaurant crew do their job. His colleagues and manager were patient and experienced as he was clearly new and learning. He said the right thing although he was nervous. I lightened up the mood to make him feel at ease by making some dads jokes. The banquettes were comfy, the waiter was grilling and cutting the meats for us while listening awkwardly to our conversation which is okay because we purposely had some NPC conversations. I understand the loud couples around our table sitting with their arms resting on top of the backrest with drinks in their hands, talking and laughing out loud. That's the good-life vibe. This place allows you to do all that so there's none of your friends assigned to grill the meat for you. Pricier on the service because of that, but you get what you pay for and they have delicious sides worth being a'not-so-cheap' Korean BBQ.

Very disappointed with the service today. We came around 9:30 a.m. on a weekend, and the girl serving customers (the one wearing makeup..I don't know her name) was visibly angry and frustrated about having too many orders!! Hello what are you expecting?! She was frowning the entire time, answering customers and workers with an attitude without even looking at them, and speaking disrespectfully. Honestly, as an Arab myself, it's especially disappointing to see an Arab-owned place in Canada represented this way.. We should be giving people a good impression of our community, not making customers feel like they're bothering us by coming in!! Having customers and orders is literally the job.. If someone doesn't feel like serving people that day, they shouldn't be at the front serving customers.. Very disappointed

Beautiful desserts that are just as delicious as they look. The flavors are perfectly balanced-not overly sweet. Friendly service and a wonderful experience. We waited a little longer than expected for our desserts after paying, but they were definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Sofra Kabab! The owners and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous. They prepared delicious food for 15 people, and every single one of my guests loved it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous, and everyone kept asking where the food was from 😊 Thank you for your excellent service and outstanding food. I will definitely order from Sofra Kabab again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for authentic, tasty food and wonderful customer service.

J'ai rarement eu droit à un service client aussi attentionné et sympathique . Très professionnel!! Bonjour, aujourd'hui c'était la première fois que j'allais à votre restaurant. Dès que moi et mon conjoint sommes entré dans se lieu, l'employé, nous a tout de suite salué. Nous pensions, que l'ambiance serait chaleureuse. Au contraire, étant nouveaux clients, nous ne savions pas encore, ce que nous allons vivre. Cherchant, à comprendre le menu, bien que mal, les trois employés présentes, ont commencé à ce chicaner devant nous. Pour contexte, c'était pour savoir à qui le tips, irait. Partagé ou non. Puis, comment faire notre bol de nachos à emporter. Mal à l'aise, j'essayais tant bien que mal, à finir ma commande. Le service n'était pas très clair, et avec la chicane qui ne cessait sans cesse de revenir, moi et mon conjoint, avions vraiment hâte de partir et de payer. Que fut ma surprise, lorsque j'ai découvert que le restaurant, n'offrait pas de salsa avec les nachos? Deplus, j'aurais souhaité que le fromage soit, fondu dans mon bol, et non pas froid. Mon expérience, ayant été désagréable, je ne vois pas de raison d'y revenir, même pas pour la nourriture.
