Nous avons visité ce restaurant hier pour célébrer l'anniversaire de ma fille. L'accueil a été agréable et j'avais informé le personnel de l'occasion spéciale. Malheureusement, au moment du service, un accident s'est produit : la serveuse, visiblement maladroite, a renversé un grand plat de poutine ainsi qu'un jus directement sur ma fille, la fêtée. Elle a été brûlée à la jambe par la nourriture chaude, et sa tenue - toute neuve - a été complètement tachée. Bien que la serveuse se soit excusée et qu'un nouveau plat nous ait été servi par la suite, ma fille était tellement gênée et attristée qu'elle n'a même pas touché à la nourriture. Au moment de payer, nous pensions qu'un geste commercial serait proposé, comme un rabais ou une compensation… mais rien de tout cela. L'addition complète, incluant le pourboire, nous a été facturée. Cette sortie aurait dû être un moment joyeux et inoubliable, mais elle restera marquée par une expérience profondément décevante.

le resto archibald a l'aéroport trudeau accepte pas vos points accumuler pour payer votre facture !quand je me suis rendu au resto lors d'un voyage a l'aéroport je suis aller manger au resto archibald et j'avais des points accumuler depuis 1 ans et j'ai voulu les utilisé pour payer ma facture la serveuse mas dis ont prends pas les points sur votre compte pour payer votre facture ,c'est incroyable !de la supercherie !

It's a bad hotel restaurant with some views if seated right. It was there last summer, and I arrived in a very good mood, ready to eat my heart out and spend some money. But, the room was so cold and very loud. I ordered a 1st dish, veal parmigiana. Everything was wrong, from the tomato sauce-you just don't throw a bunch of tomatoes in a pan and boil... It lacked spices and finesse; it was adapted to the American clientele that frequents that hotel. Then I did not want to eat that, so I ordered a second dish the the maitre d'hotel came and yelled at me. I was to pissed off to even taste it so I asked for both meals to go. They could not provide a bag to bring it. So I paid and left and will never go again. Will never recommend. Mind you, it's not a Michelin star, not even on the list of the best 29th restaurants in Montréal. Just saying.

The owner just ghosted me because of one bad review. I have been his most consistent client for a year and all he can do is ignore you. Very unprofessional and childish. Learn French and avoid that horrid squid dish. I was not expecting Portugal quality squid but at least tasty and not so chewy. Remember, nice but not so nice after all. ___________________________ Today I tried his new menu. STAY away from the 280gr of frozen skids from a supermarket. Chewy, to hot and loaded with the usual mix of cabbage and onion. And he still charged me for a meal that I did not eat and was frankly some of the worse squids I had in a long time. So after a year of trying, still not able to served in French, the owner does not speak english and frankly they just do not care. So I paid 42$ and for a meal that I have not eaten and a glass of wine. NEVER going back, I did my share.

Toujours aussi délicieux On est allé à la roulotte leur nouvel emplacement situé à ville de mont tremblant (st-jovitte) avec leur super mini put complètement rénové parfait pour les enfants et la famille Une jeune équipe très dynamique et sympathique!! Bravo à vous tous! Jacques Heynemand

I just tried this place out and it was 🔥. I went with their signature seafood boil shrimp, crab legs, mussels, corn, and potatoes smothered in their spicy garlic butter sauce and it was insanely delicious. The sauce had a perfect kick, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Plus, they give you bibs and gloves so you can dig right in mess free which actually make you enjoy the food even more. It's so hard to find restaurants with this much flavor especially if your taste buds have been used to the Middle East / African region, this place actually hit the SPOT The staff were super friendly, and the vibe felt lively and welcoming. I Highly recommend the combo boil and that garlic sauce TRUST me on this one. Worth every bite tbh huge applause to the owner and whoever created the conceptVoir plus

Vraiment décevant, le poulet grillé était très sec et sans saveur. Nous étions moi et ma conjointe après avoir goûté nous sommes retournés pour ajouter un genre de sauce offerte sans saveur. Rouleau impériaux tout aussi mauvais. L'employé s'est montré hésitant à nous ajouter ce petit extra. Disons que c'était tellement sec qu'il a vu dans mes yeux qu'il devait en ajouter. 40$ jeté dans les vidanges. Plus jamais je ne retournerai à cette endroit.

Disappointing experience. Nice terrace, but terrible service. We waited forever, then were kicked out because a server (not ours) falsely accused us of being disrespectful. The owner apologized, but the staff is unprofessional and makes excuses instead of addressing the real issues. If you want drama, go here. Otherwise, there are plenty of other places in Montreal where the staff knows how to treat customers.

Bonjour, Je suis allée hier avec un groupe d'amis et j'ai commandé un gigot d'agneaux. Le serveur m'a dit que c'est un bon choix! (Sucré salé et avec des légumes et fruits secs! ) Ce que j'ai reçu à ma table un gigot à moitié sur une sauce et une poignée d'amandes crues avec la peau!!!! C'est comme si mon assiette a été un retour ou le restant, on a ajouter les amandes crus avec la peau et on me l'a présenté?! Je ne retournerai jamais là!! Ça se fait pas de donner n'importe quoi aux gens qui sont venus vivre une expérience?! Je n'ai pas demandé sur place car je ne voulais pas fâché la soirée à mes invités ces derniers qui ont attendus longtemps pour avoir leurs assiettes!

Very hard to find a better place to enjoy a great dinner with friends. The food was amazing (had the salmon in white wine sauce, divine), the drinks very high quality. We got the best service from our waitress Fabiola. The terrasse is very nice with great latin music that makes you want to stay all night long. We'll come back!

On June 14, 2025, two friends and I dined at Enoteca Monza Pizzeria Moderna located on McGill College Avenue in downtown Montreal. Below is our experience at this location. We requested seating upstairs, and once seated, our waitress provided us with a cocktail menu and a dinner menu for each of us. We decided and placed our cocktail orders. Minutes later, the drinks were served. One of them, a Margarita, served in a Martini Glass was poorly rimmed with salt, uneven and only half of the circumference of the glass was coated. Minutes after placing our dinner orders, we noticed complimentary bread had not been served to us. We asked the waitress for bread and were informed that Monza, at least the McGill location, no longer provides complementary bread to its patrons, but none the less she would look into it and fulfill this request. The complimentary bread never arrived, nor were we informed by the waitress that Monza would still not provide us with same. We were eluded, after several reminders, that the bread was being prepared. To our surprise, what did occur was the removal of our side plates from our table, along with our empty cocktail glasses minutes later without being asked whether we wanted another round of drinks or not. So, during the entire meal, we drank water. We hoped the waitress would recognize her error and offer us some service which she is getting paid to provide. Our orders arrived. My steak requested be prepared medium was almost rare the further I cut into it. The broccolini, if you could call it that, was limp and soggy. The sun-dried tomatoes advertised as part of the dish were substituted with two pieces of sweet red pepper without an explanation. To go along with this disappointing meal was peppercorn sauce which was extremely salty. After we ate our meals, and a long wait thereafter, the waitress came back to clear our empty plates from the table. She did not ask us if we wanted dessert or coffee or tea, etc. I requested the dessert menu. The waitress said she would be right back, and we asked,'With the bread?' But she just turned and walked away. There were at least 4 other servers walking around upstairs and not one of them could help this waitress out ? By helping her, it helps the client. After all, being part of a wait staff is like a team. The better they do the more money they will make. Would you be better to help a fellow server or the client never return ? We received the dessert menus, asked questions about the dessert choices and entered our orders; Tiramisu cake, cheesecake topped with berries, and a chocolate chip cookie topped with a scoop of ice cream. When the desserts arrived, the cheesecake had no berry toppings, the Tiramisu had a chunk missing and lay on its side looking messy on the plate, and I did not have a full scoop of ice cream on my cookie. In summary, you do not say you can deliver on an item when you can't, nor is it the patron's job to be forward and ask the waitress for items that should have been common knowledge for her. If management no longer provides complimentary bread, servers should adhere to this policy as opposed to making an empty promise - we would have considered ordering an appetizer from the menu. If cocktail glasses are empty, ask whether another is required or whether a soft drink is preferred with the meal. Advise the client of side order substitutions as the person may not like or be able to eat the replacement. Another item worth mentioning is the women's bathroom. It is out dated and was not clean. The cleanest stall had a broken toilet seat. The restaurant dining area is aesthetically pleasing but the women's bathroom really needs some work.

Service was slow, barely acceptable and the waiter seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Can't imagine how badly tourists get treated. Overall din made it difficult to talk.
