LABARAKE - Caserne à Manger celebrated its first anniversary with a festive evening, taking advantage of the opportunity to present its new chef, Joaquim Henni.
Originally from France, he was sous-chef at Barocco / Bacata and Auberge Saint-Gabriel since his arrival in Quebec. Before crossing the Atlantic, he pursued his passion for catering in France for the Accord Group and has also worked under Chef Jacques Chibois, holder of 3 Michelin stars.
Joaquim Henni is ready for this new adventure bringing a personal touch to the menu: salmon with goat cheese, beef tataki, tartine de champignons à la ricotta, pork BBQ burger, etc.
He joins a young dynamic team providing a "French brasserie" side menu.
