Le Festin du Marché - A New Seasonal Culinary Event Led by Women

Le Festin du Marché is a brand-new seasonal dining event taking place at Marché Jean-Talon with a strong focus on local female-led culinary talent.

On July 11th and 12th, enjoy a five-course dinner prepared by an all-women chef brigade:

• Ashley Thornton (Private chef & consultant)

• Karine Beauchamp (Restaurant de l'ITHQ)

• Emilie Madeleine (Mano Cornuto)

• Natalia Machado (Ferreira Café)

• Natacha Lehmann (Pâtisserie Clémentine)

Each dish will feature at least one local ingredient sourced from a women-led business. Wine pairings are thoughtfully selected by sommelières Marie-Josée Beaudoin (Sabayon) and Caroline Beaulieu (Légende Restaurant), spotlighting Quebec women in winemaking, cider-making, and distilling.

Price: $115 per person (service included, taxes extra)

Wine pairing: $35 online / $50 at the door
