From December 11th to 21st, 2025, the Salon des métiers d'art du Québec (SMAQ) returns to the Palais des congrès de Montréal for its 69th edition. Nearly 200 artisans from across Quebec will showcase their creations in a redesigned space featuring themed zones, unique exhibitions, and gourmet booths.
Led by Mariouche Gagné, a sustainable fashion pioneer and newly appointed CMAQ Executive Director, the fair will highlight sustainable innovation, knowledge sharing, and the celebration of Quebec craftsmanship. Journalist Lolitta Dandoy returns as spokesperson, emphasizing the importance of local purchases and connecting with the creators.
Visitors can explore themed zones for lifestyle, fashion and accessories, and a family-friendly interactive space. The fair will also feature major exhibitions, conferences, and a dedicated section for Northern Canadian artisans. Pre-sale passports ($10) grant unlimited access to all eleven days of the fair.
