Get out your plaid shirts and get your rubber boots ready: the Cabane Panache festival, in collaboration with BENELUX and Coureur des Bois, is back for its 14th edition, which will shake things up from March 19th to 22nd, 2026!
For four days, we revisit the tradition of sugar shacks without restraint, in a friendly atmosphere where people eat, drink, and celebrate.
The festivities kick off on Thursday, March 19th with Montreal band Bon Enfant, delivering a colorful folk-rock-psych performance to set the tone for the weekend.
Friday, March 20th remains a surprise - the lineup will be revealed on February 16, but expect a fully rock-driven night that promises to shake things up.
On Saturday, March 21st, the festival turns into a full-on country celebration. Cowboy boots and hats are highly encouraged for this high-energy day featuring Melt it Up, Winslow Dancers, Rick Duff, and Brittany Kennell, keeping the crowd dancing and singing all day long.
The weekend wraps up on Sunday, March 22nd with a legendary closing show by La Bottine Souriante, bringing timeless classics that will have everyone clapping, stomping, and singing along.
Food lovers are in for a treat as 18 Verdun-based restaurants team up to serve Quebec-inspired bites at a fixed price of $6 or $8. From maple dulce de leche churros to comforting pea soup, Italian-style mini corn dogs, and indulgent grilled cheese with cheddar, bacon, and maple syrup, plus vegetarian and vegan options, there's something for every craving.
