RENOIR, one of Montreal's most iconic culinary destinations, has officially reopened following an extensive and thoughtful transformation.
More than a renovation, this marks the beginning of a new chapter for the renowned restaurant located in the Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile, where refined French cuisine meets authentic Quebec influences. The new design includes elegant and welcoming spaces such as a luminous solarium and an intimate chef's table offering a privileged view of Executive Chef Olivier Perret and his team at work.
The revamped menu celebrates timeless classics like foie gras au torchon served with house-made brioche and salmon gravlax, while introducing fresh creations such as house-made cavatelli with smoked artichokes, truffle and porcini risotto, and veal shoulder gratin with morels and local cheeses.
Another major highlight of this transformation is the debut of NINI, a brand-new cocktail lounge that reimagines the art of connection and conviviality. Adjacent to RENOIR, the space pays subtle tribute to Renoir's muse, Nini Lopez, with a dazzling ambiance that invites guests to experience Montreal's joie de vivre. Signature cocktails like the "Baiser de NINI" and "Claire de Lune," alongside gourmet bites including NINI's club sandwich and a refreshing salmon tartare with lemon cream, elevate the culinary journey and enhance the refined atmosphere of the RENOIR experience
