Although the restaurant has undergone a few changes of chef, Charles considers the cuisine to be excellent when the main chef is in place. The menu, under the direction of Philippe Gauthier, features creative and sophisticated cuisine, with an emphasis on local produce from 17 different producers. This farm-to-table experience, combined with fair and affordable prices, makes Bonheur d'Occasion a must in Saint-Henri.
