Since opening in May 2025 in Mile-End, PREZZE MOLLO has quickly become a go-to spot for fresh, homemade, and quick Italian lunches. Guests have already been charmed by their fresh pasta, focaccia, and tartares.
Starting September 2nd, 2025, the restaurant will also open for dinner service from Tuesday to Friday. The evening menu will feature a more festive touch with oysters, crudos, sharing plates, and prime rib, while keeping their signature fresh pasta on the menu.
On weekends, PREZZE MOLLO is available for private events, offering space for up to 55 seated guests or 150 in cocktail style, perfect for birthdays, holiday parties, business gatherings, and special celebrations.
