Known for its culinary excellence, Olive et Gourmando continues to charm not only its loyal local following but also food lovers from around the globe with a fresh take on its daytime cuisine.
Set on ROYALMOUNT's outdoor piazza, Olive et Gourmando 2.0 aims to create a welcoming gathering place, offering both lunch and dinner in a friendly, modern setting. With space for up to 45 guests, the restaurant will be open daily from 11am to 9pm, making it an inviting spot for any occasion.
Designed by Atelier Zébulon Perron
The design of the new space stems from the long-standing collaboration between acclaimed designer Zébulon Perron and co-owners Dyan Solomon and Éric Girard. This project seeks to encapsulate the warm, family-oriented spirit of Olive et Gourmando, while introducing a modern aesthetic built to last. Every detail reflects the artisanal craftsmanship and uncompromising quality that define the brand, creating an inviting atmosphere ideal for culinary exploration and shared experiences.
