The Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert returns for its 29th edition from March 20th to 22nd, 2026 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Over three days, more than 300 exhibitors, experts and artisans will gather to offer tastings, conferences and live cooking demos focused on digestive health, sustainable energy, hormonal balance and conscious consumption.
Key themes this year include gut health and the microbiome, matcha, women's health and clean beauty. Nutritionists, chefs and wellness experts will share practical tools and accessible advice to help visitors adopt healthier habits without sacrificing pleasure.
The program features culinary demonstrations by Loounie, Le Fit Cook and Dom Cooks, along with talks by specialists such as Isabelle Huot, Andréanne Martin and Jacynthe René. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discover innovative local brands and sample a wide range of products.
