I would like to share a concerning experience regarding the management at Toto Pizza. During my recent visit, it was clear that the restaurant was understaffed, with only one server managing multiple tables. Despite her evident effort to attend to every customer as efficiently as possible, the situation became uncomfortable when the manager began yelling at her in front of the entire restaurant. The manager's behavior was highly unprofessional. He raised his voice, used disrespectful language, and called the employee names, creating a tense and unpleasant atmosphere for both staff and customers. It was especially upsetting to witness, as the server was clearly doing her best under difficult circumstances that were beyond her control. I felt genuinely sorry for the way she was treated. No employee deserves to be spoken to in such a manner, particularly in a public setting. I want to emphasize that her service has always been excellent every time I've visited, and she consistently demonstrates professionalism and dedication. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more respectful and supportive work environment. It would not only benefit the staff but also greatly improve the overall customer experience.
When in Montreal, don't skip ALTO's restaurant. We came for the GIANT pizza slice but the experience is so much more than that! Lydia is the kindest person, she makes you feel like part of her family. We will be back!

Ambiance style cafétéria d'école secondaire. Très bruyant. Poissons, dorée et saumon un peu secs. Excellent service. Pommes de terre exceptionnelles.
