Le Paris, as its name suggests, is a French restaurant located in downtown Montreal. It re-opened its doors in November 2008 with 2 new owners. The cuisine offered is both classic and traditional. All dishes are carefully prepared with quality products. On the menu, lamb shank, steak with shallots, fried steak, pepper steak, kidney and other carnivorous delights. As for fish, don't miss the cod, salmon poached in white butter and fish soup. Like any other respectful French restaurant, sausage, veal liver and foie gras are also on the menu. The restaurant also offers a table d'hote which changes every day and every season.
Dining at Le Paris is like being transported to France. Cooking, music, typical Parisian decor await you. Open since 1956, the restaurant has retained its original decor. So you can eat comfortably installed in the old benches from the 1950s. Obviously, this is the final touch that gives charm and ambience to this typically French restaurant.
