Dans l'ensemble, ZIBO! Restaurant-Bar se distingue par un accueil chaleureux et un service attentif. La carte propose une variété de plats savoureux et généreux, des pizzas et burgers aux options plus raffinées, accompagnés de cocktails et vins bien choisis. L'ambiance est conviviale et tendance, le cadre soigné et la terrasse extérieure ajoutent au charme et conviennent aussi bien pour des soirées entre amis que pour des repas plus détendus. Le personnel est largement loué pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, capable d'anticiper les besoins et de proposer de bonnes recommandations. Même si l'affluence peut rendre certaines soirées un peu bruyantes, l'expérience globale reste très positive et donne envie d'y revenir.
Okay, so I went to this totally awesome restaurant last night, & it was like stepping into a food fairy tale! The dishes were so tasty they could make a unicorn cry tears of joy. But seriously, the real magic was the restaurant manager. He was like a superhero in a crisp uniform. Every time he walked by, it was like the room lit up with sparkles. He had this smile that could probably melt glaciers, & I think he even noticed me because he asked if I enjoyed my meal. I nearly dropped my fork! I'm totally planning my next visit just to see if he'll save me from a dragon or something.
GET THE SANTA FE BURGER!!!!! best burger ive had in my entire life! Went with my friend who got the steak sandwich loved it too.. but my burger was WOW! & the fries & mayo mix...wow!! service is very slow tho but worth the burger & fries with dip!
Le service, le quartier, la décoration rien à dire, pas franchement emballé par mes pâtes qui sur le papier & dans l'assiette qui malheureusement étaient beaucoup trop salées.
I had the bacon cheese burger & a Cesar all the food was amazing but that bacon cheese burger was the best burger I have had in my life & I'm old my server was Jessie he was amazing all the service was. I will be returning back.

Update (2024-07-09) Had to remove a star as the happy hour special was suddenly removed without notice & the only explanation was that the manager claimed "they weren't making money". Sadly , this was probably the highlight of the Griffintown area so to have this exceptional happy hour special removed zibo is just another bar in the area. The remainder of my review still holds true but it would have been much better for them to adjust the pricing but removing the cocktail special effectively reduced the options to a small handful of beers & wines. Original review : Been living in Griffintown a little while now & wanted to check out Zibo as a nice local place. I'm really pleased with the selection, service , attention to detail & overall experience.
Food was really good, is a shame because the servers were inattentive & did not bring my wife her second drink after more than 10 minutes of waiting. On the bright side I got to make this cool little guy out of pizza crust. But then the server who picked up the plate made him fall apart & that isn't acceptable.
Great spot! We were staying in the Alt hotel next door & needed a quick spot to grab a bite in the evening. This did not disappoint. Very great food with awesome service.
