As starters, we ordered the Halloumi cheese fries, which were excellent. Served with almonds & Greek honey yogurt, it was the best dish of the evening.
The Venice veggie burgers were decent, but not exceptional, made with soya patty it was a little dry for me. Similarly, the Fettucine with artichokes & FETA cheese were okay, although I have had better pasta dishes elsewhere.
Although I can't remember the exact drink I had, it was most likely a cocktail or a sangria, as it had a generous amount of alcohol in it.
Overall, this restaurant is an excellent choice for those looking to try new dishes. However, it is quite pricey & the portion sizes are on the smaller side. The service was decent, & the staff was friendly & attentive.
There are only a few vegetarian options available, which are not particularly impressive, making it less suitable for vegetarians. The location in Griffin Town is fantastic, & although they have a patio, it was closed due to rain on the day of our visit.
The music at the restaurant was low-key, allowing for easy conversation during the meal. I noticed that there were some office gatherings taking place while we were there.
In conclusion, I would recommend giving this restaurant a try, but I would not visit again for the vegetarian options.
Premierement on a attendu plus de 30 minutes pour recevoir l'entrée. En plus les calmar que j'ai commander était caoutchouteux. Le burger que j'ai commandé la viande etait dure & seche.
Went on a Saturday night during F1 weekend & Montreal Canadiens were playing (not in town). Since it was playoffs the staff put out extra tvs so you could watch the game from almost anywhere. Food was good. Service was really good & friendly. Live DJ when we went. Food wise we had calamari to start, which was great. Then had the California Chicken Burger, cheese pizza, lobster & shrimp linguine, & the sea bass. All was very good.

La nourriture est excellente & le service aussi! Nous avons tous les deux pris des burgers & les portions étaient très généreuses. La musique était un peu forte pour pouvoir discuter agréablement mais sinon tout était parfait!
Une visite pour un souper d'affaires un lundi. Soirée tranquille & nous avons reçu un service impeccable. La nourriture était bonne. Mon invité a apprécié son burger végé. Je le mentionne car il n'est pas possible de voir que c'est un burger végé sur la photo. ;-)
It was really underwhelming. I had a burger & it felt as if it was slightly burned. Luke warm. Was really looking forward to this place. Excellent ambiance & service. But food just not good enough
We live in the neighbourhood but this was our first time at Zibo. What a wonderful meal we had. I had a Ceasar salad with grilled salmon & ny husband had a Burger. Presentation of the food was beautiful & the taste was even better. The woman who served us in the diningroom was helpful & cheerful. We've already made reservations to return next weekend.

I dined at Zibo Griffintown today, it was up until now our go to for good food within a walking distance. While the food offered a decent experience, the service left much to be desired. Our server was only overwhelmed & inattentive when it came to our party of two. We were there for a quick bit, our order was fairly simple (two burgers) & yet we felt like the annoyance of the evening. I was not planning on leaving a review but based on his reaction to the tip (that was way too generous for the service we were given) i had to. While the food was okay; the service overshadowed the experience. Suffice to say I will not be returning.
